This washer came up again and again as a topline product. They were right. This is a GREAT washer. It is quick, efficient and gets clothes clean!

First one failed 11 months and 20 days to be exact from purchased. Board has to be replaced under warranty... Waited 3 weeks for the repair. 1 week later the other won't drain water. Certified dump Don't waste your money!!!! RUN

I already had a GE front load but it was 16 years old. I went with this one because I had such good luck with GE. I love that it has microban around the door so no mildew will form. It’s easy to use and works well.

This GE set is great quality and I love the fact that I can control my washer and dryer with an app. My husband and I were able to put everything together ourselves and had no problem. NOTE: the dryer does not come with the wiring to plug it in. I was not told by Best Buy that it did not come with that. I was only told if I used the delivery guys that it would be an additional price of $100+ and I was not about to spend that if we could do it ourselves. Other than that everything with this washer and dryer is great and I have no complaints!

Ft. 10 Cycle High Efficiency Front loading Washer with Ultra fresh vent system with odor block. Delivered quickly and delivery guys so pleasant and helpful. Best Busy kept me updated from the time I placed the online order to delivery. Thank you Best Buy.

The only Con is that it uses more energy than others Washers.
