Great working washer and dryer. Love the features. the vent feature on the washer which drys the interior after washing seems like a waste of energy but it is easily bypassed.

Works properly issues with the app at times but overall great machine

Very quiet and efficient machine. We had another machine from a different brand and it was noticeable the difference on how the clothes get more clean on this machine.

I am delighted with my new GE front load washer! My laundry comes out so clean and fresh i am over the moon! GE dryer is my next purchase with Best Buy and i am secure in knowing i will get outstanding service as always.

We had issues with the installers. The initial installer did NOT level the washing machine, there was 2-3 inch discrepancy from front to back. I pointed it out and he dismissed me, saying that it will work. He also refused to change the door swing to the opposite side, even though I pointed it out in the orders. Second installer leveled the washing machine out but said he did not know how to change the door swing for this"new" GE model. "I have NEVER been train." I ran into the same problem (door swing) with the 3rd installer saying "he had never been trained to change the swing on this GE model. BUT much to HIS CREDIT, he figured it out. Otherwise the machine works well, VERY QUIET. I don't even hear it when it is running.

We purchased this during the holidays in 2021, and cannot say how happy we have been with it! It is the absolute BEST washing machine that we have WVER owned, and there have been a lot. Best Buy had the best price, BY FAR, so we knew we were going to get this, and with the 5 year Geek Squad protection, we knew that we didn’t have to worry about any problems for the next SIX YEARS. THATS because Geek Squad’s protection plan doesn’t start until after the manufacture’s warranty expires.

Great quality! I purchased this washer dryer set and the customer service and quality of both items were superior.

My washer lasted 2 1/2 years. Started getting door error code and now being told it is mother board issue. Repairs were quoted at $780. Might as well buy a new one and I am stuck bc we have to have stackable and dryer still works

This washer has a very large capacity and gets the job done. I wouldn't say the washer is very loud but it can be heard. I like the indicator chime to let you know when it's done.

Love this purchase! Washes clothes thoroughly and efficiently. It’s so nice to have an app that informs us when the cycle is done. The vent feature is also great to keep the washer from smelling horrible.

This is replacing a Maytag front loader that got full of mold I could not get rid of. I am hopeful that this new technology and my new knowledge of how to care for a front loader will keep this one mold free. So far, I am very happy with the way it is cleaning the clothes. They are finally coming out smelling clean again which had not been the case for a while with the old washer. The only thing that is weird is the interface on the GE app. Although I have registered a front loader machine, all of the tips and videos are to get the most out of my top loader.

I've had this washer for a little over a year. I feel the wash quality is inconsistent and that's even with regular cleaning cycles and always allowing it to vent. Sometimes the clothes don't get clean and smell mildewy. Thankfully, no leaking issues (knock on wood) like others have said. The weirdest thing is that occasionally the spin cycle will just leave the clothes soaking wet and heavy with excess water. I really try to be mindful of not overloading it so it can spin and drain properly. This happens without changing settings in between loads. For example, the first load of the day might come out well-drained and slightly damp, but the very next load (similar fabrics/weight) on the same spin setting will come out completely waterlogged. I have to either wash them again or rinse and spin because they are too wet to go into the dryer when this happens. I just don't understand it.

Really appreciate the dry vent feature in case door is shut. Great washer, cleans clothes very well.

We have only had this washer for about a month now but it has been great so far. We previous had another brand but had issues from day one. Definitely happy with our new purchase. Love the ultrvent feature.

Does a great job washing compared to our old machine, good capacity, looks nice too. Haven't yet checked the utilities to see how much water/electricity it uses, but hopeful it's an improvement over our prior washer.

Love this washing machine. My husband doesn’t mind doing the laundry now. The venting part is awesome, we have well water and because it vents it has kept things from turning yellow!!!!

We needed stackable appliances and decided to go with this one for its capacity. It looks great in whites and allows us to load comfort and larger items.
