Great washer and a great price at Best Buy. We bought this washer due to its stand out solid build quality vs the other poorly made brands. This is our first GE product ever .So far it’s been great, washes very fast and quiet.

Delivered on time with a phone call 15 minutes before they came. So far everything is working good. Very quiet.

Works great. I'm very pleased with it's simple features.

Great working washer and dryer. Love the features. the vent feature on the washer which drys the interior after washing seems like a waste of energy but it is easily bypassed.

Very quiet and is working ok, so far. The WiFi function is very lacking and is poorly integrated with Alexa. GE's WiFi issues are well publicized on the web.

Our 1st smart washer. Very easy to use, but for some reason GE made the gap between the washer and the feet too small. Can't fit a wrench in there, to twist the nut and adjust the legs.

The Delivery people arrived wh3n they were supposed to. Delivery and Installation where decently accomplished. The delivery crew did a fantastice job on delivery & setuo! The washer runs great.

We purchased this during the holidays in 2021, and cannot say how happy we have been with it! It is the absolute BEST washing machine that we have WVER owned, and there have been a lot. Best Buy had the best price, BY FAR, so we knew we were going to get this, and with the 5 year Geek Squad protection, we knew that we didn’t have to worry about any problems for the next SIX YEARS. THATS because Geek Squad’s protection plan doesn’t start until after the manufacture’s warranty expires.

Big mistake buying this item. It stopped working a few days ago (2.5 years in use). Controls don't stay on when starting a load. We were told by the GE technician that the 10 year limited warranty only covered the motor and that we would need to pay $114 for the visit to diagnose which board has failed, and afterwards parts and labor to fix it. We told him no thanks. We will throw this thing in the trash and never buy GE again. The dryer which was part of the set, also died 18 months after purchase. We had to pay $450 to get it fixed. These products are lemons.

Beautiful product. Never purchasing from Best Buy again because of deceptive delivery practices. If you find this product elsewhere purchase it through a store anywhere but Best Buy

Really appreciate the dry vent feature in case door is shut. Great washer, cleans clothes very well.

Very quiet and efficient machine. We had another machine from a different brand and it was noticeable the difference on how the clothes get more clean on this machine.

Great washing machine - we replaced our very old GE washing machine with this one and are very happy.

This washer has a very large capacity and gets the job done. I wouldn't say the washer is very loud but it can be heard. I like the indicator chime to let you know when it's done.

I am delighted with my new GE front load washer! My laundry comes out so clean and fresh i am over the moon! GE dryer is my next purchase with Best Buy and i am secure in knowing i will get outstanding service as always.

This is replacing a Maytag front loader that got full of mold I could not get rid of. I am hopeful that this new technology and my new knowledge of how to care for a front loader will keep this one mold free. So far, I am very happy with the way it is cleaning the clothes. They are finally coming out smelling clean again which had not been the case for a while with the old washer. The only thing that is weird is the interface on the GE app. Although I have registered a front loader machine, all of the tips and videos are to get the most out of my top loader.

We had issues with the installers. The initial installer did NOT level the washing machine, there was 2-3 inch discrepancy from front to back. I pointed it out and he dismissed me, saying that it will work. He also refused to change the door swing to the opposite side, even though I pointed it out in the orders. Second installer leveled the washing machine out but said he did not know how to change the door swing for this"new" GE model. "I have NEVER been train." I ran into the same problem (door swing) with the 3rd installer saying "he had never been trained to change the swing on this GE model. BUT much to HIS CREDIT, he figured it out. Otherwise the machine works well, VERY QUIET. I don't even hear it when it is running.

Love this purchase! Washes clothes thoroughly and efficiently. It’s so nice to have an app that informs us when the cycle is done. The vent feature is also great to keep the washer from smelling horrible.
