Posted .We'd like to assist with the vibrations and noise level that you're experiencing with the Combo. The first thing we recommend you do is download the SmartHQ app so that you can make sure the software is up to date. If that does not help, please make sure the unit is properly level because if the Combo is uneven, or rocks excessively during operation, it may not be leveled properly. Make sure all of the rubber leveling legs are firmly touching the floor and the appliance is level both front-to-back and side-to-side. If the issue continues, we recommend you review the tips in the article on our GE Appliances website titled: "GE Profile™ UltraFast Combo Washer/Dryer - Excessive Noise or Shaking".

It stopped working a few days ago (2.5 years in use). Controls don't stay on when starting a load. We were told by the GE technician that the 10 year limited warranty only covered the motor and that we would need to pay $114 for the visit to diagnose which board has failed, and afterwards parts and labor to fix it. We told him no thanks. We will throw this thing in the trash and never buy GE again. The dryer which was part of the set, also died 18 months after purchase. We had to pay $450 to get it fixed. These products are lemons.

We’re just a simple family of three no pets no heavy usage. Of course all warranties have expired. No one will stand behind the product at all. Appliance repair not associated with Best Buy or GE was our best option for the repair because they couldn’t get here for three weeks. It’s the board and apparently according to this license Appliance repair company. This has been an issue for about a year and a half and G is not standing behind their product. I will never purchase another one!!! Over $400 for a repair and three weeks without a washing machine

I think the unit is quiet and uses way less water than my old machine. Clothes dry so much faster due to how much water is removed when spinning.

If that changes, this review will be updated. I washed my first load of clothes twice, because I didn't see or hear any water in the washer. As it turns out, the washer is very efficient and uses very little water. If you're not at least 6ft, don't stack the washer and dryer set. This washer and dryer comes with an app; I didn't know that. It's a nice looking gloss or shimmering white. Maybe I'll try to update my review after about a year.
