I have no complaint about the way it wash my laundry except that There is a very bad smell coming from the machine when not in use. I have been using the Ultrafresh Vent after every use, the bad smell is still there. I am now using affresh once per month but it is annoying to spend so much money on a unit and to be unsatisfied.

I wish it was a lower price but I needed it quickly. Does a good job, just wish I could adjust the Normal wash to run a cold rinse.

Washer is very steady and not noisy. We love the fact that we can hook it up to our wifi so we can get notifies from our phone whenever the washer is done. Its very convenient and simple to use the function and connecting it to our internet.
