Clothes seem clean. Was able to do a blanket without unbalancing. Have used it for less than a month. Delivery and installation went very well, and salesman's help regarding delivery added to less stress on delivery date.

The GE washer is a great upgrade from our last washer. The front door gasket is much improved. Fast, efficient and easy to operate from a not-too-complicated technology standpoint. And it looks very stylish as well.

So far so good. Delivery and installation went well and a month of using the washer with no problems or concerns. No regrets, so far.

Would have given 5 stars, but I'm not sure about the venting system. Maybe I'm doing it wrong?

Very loud and just stopped on its own. The door for the drain had no lip or anything. Yoy have to use a flathead screwdriver or button knife to open it.

Feeling like am adult right now as this is the first new purchase of a washer/dryer that I've made. I did some research and GE is the way to go for front loaders.

The washer is great. We would have looked elsewhere if we were told that delivery would take 5 weeks. On the floor should indicate in stock.

GE products are awful just avoid them ive had several including a GE cafe fridge be deemed “ non fixable” within a year of owning and this is another failed product including a GE profile dishwasher and now this our washing machine. DONT BUY GE products they are truly awful and un reliable. Eveb with total tech we have to wait 5 days without a washing machine and hope this part they are coming with will fix the problem. What a hassel for a near brand new machine.

I can stop using it, my clothe smells great all the time and I am saving so much in my electricity bill. I love it.

It’s a great washer but I do wish it had a smart soap dispenser

We purchased the washer and dryer less than 2 years ago in Sept. 2020. The dryer is fine but we've had issues with the washer. A few times the clothes have been too wet after a completed cycle. Since there is not a spin only button, we have to re-rinse(wasting more water) then spin. The most recent was today when it kept cutting off/loosing power less than 30 secs into any cycle. Then the screen went black except for the mins and it was making a noise as if it was still running but we opened the door and it was not however, the noise continued even with the door open. Unplugged it several times but still didn't work. Finally unplugged for about 5 mins, plugged back in-and nothing, came back 5-10 minutes later and able to power on. The cycle is running now so hopefully it will complete. This washer cost too much and from what I thought a good company to have these problems less than 2 years from purchase.

Have not purchased GE products for a very long time. Was very pleasantly surprised of the quality. However I am only shy of four weeks of use on the two new units washer and dryer. At this point however everything seems to be working perfectly.

Only one month in but I'm loving my washer in my new home! I've already recommended this product to 3 coworkers in need of a replacement. I do wish there were more control features on the app. It seems to only allow monitoring. Nevertheless, great product!

Great washer. Syncs to GE app. Love the ultra fresh vent system. Can keep door closed when not in use.

Well this week my washer decided not to drain the water, so now I have to wait until Dec 28 for someone to come and look at it. Good thing I bought the warranty, if not I would have to buy a new one, which I don't have the $$ for as of now

This washer is ok. I wish I would have done more research on this particular unit. For the same price at another local appliance store I could have gotten this washer with more features for the same price. By more features I mean, steam wash and the detergent filler spot which allows you to pot a bottle of detergent in and not have to add detergent to wash load. The washer does wash the majority of my laundry, I have 4 kids. I do find the unit overall is much louder than my previous washer as well. I would not purchase this washer again.

The washing machine works very good. Gets clothes sparkling clean. The drum size is big enough to handle a bedspread and a comforter with room to spare
