Sleek looking design, user friendly smart wifi capabilities, and convenient door placement making for easy transfer as a side by side which is extremely disabled friendly.

Gets laundry done quick and quiet, much better than my old unit!

The washer has lots of settings and even a quick wash of 20 minutes for small loads. Very nice washer with the Fresh Vent System. You should buy one.

Ok I should have put my glasses on before I did these reviews. I accidentally reviewed the dryer thinking it was the washing machine lol. Well they are both great, thank you Best Buy.

This washer lasted 14 months. Broke to the point we lost an entire load of clothes which remained locked inside this machine and after a month of attempted repairs, I was forced to buy a new washer.

I’m very pleased with my GE washing machine. Best Buy was easy to deal with, and no problems with delivery. Very quick and delivery people were awesome.

Had Samsung sheet would on in a ball! With GE they don't and dry well

It does the job, but despite the manufacturer's claims, it is very loud. I specifically wanted a quiet washer. The washer we replaced (a 12-year old Samsung) was a lot more quiet. Would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the noise.. I do love the antibacterial feature and ease of use.

Love the product it’s great after 20 years of old one. But installers destroyed Best Buy credibility for scamming me to replace stuff unnecessarily.

TL;DR; - Frequently leaks, molds in the clean out every 3 months, clean out takes extreme strength to close without leaking. Not great if you have kids and need to do actual laundry. Keep in mind, this was a replacement model after we had these issues with the initial model. You get a variety of leaks with this model. Sometimes it just leaks underneath for no discernible reason (was washing 2 standard pillows). Sometimes bubbles will randomly come out of the back of the washer (always used cup lines that came with detergent - best guess is detergent residue builds up over time). Finally, the drain clean out at the bottom, it molds frequently every 3-months or so, which makes your clothes stink (I ran the Clean Washer cycle every day and used Affresh every month) and it requires a tremendous amount of strength to tighten to a point where it won’t leak. This washer is probably fantastic if you don’t do a lot of laundry (I.e. a few loads per week) or aren’t picky about a washer that leaks frequently. Also, a word of warning on the warranty service, they have to observe the machine actively leaking or a repair will not be attempted, even if you have video/photo evidence of the issue. All in all, we lasted about 18-months with this washer. Simply awful, but not completely surprising.
