Good product, good service I liked the promotions offer also. I liked how the installer team installed it quickly and efficiently in my home.

Excellent installation team. They installed everything as required and stayed until everything was working including the wi-fi. Swapped washer and dryer so doors worked properly.

This machine washes absolutely everything, including comforters and dog beds. There is a cycle for everything. The drum is very large and it uses little water. And it’s made in USA.

Excellent choice buying the GE laundry machine form Best Buy and the waffle maker They gave me 7 days delivery time and I got within 3 days

Doesn't spin theclothes dry enough. They're still dropping wet. Washed bedding and had to spin the clothes 3 more times before I could place in the dryer. This was my 3rd front load washer. I've used front loaders for over 20 years. I don't knowif it was a defective washer or just a put product. I did like the vent feature.

Im so disappointed at Best Buy for starters the delivery was delayed for my dryer, then when the washer was delivered first we had the delivery employees opened the box the screen and part of the plastic up top were completely cracked. Instead of them taking the damaged product back with them they left it in the middle of my living room. When I called Best Buy they first said they would come pick up the damaged washer on November 15th and deliver the new one, today is November 26 and I still have not received the replacement washer and the damaged one is still at my house. Hoping the new one hers delivered tomorrow. I have wasted so much of my personal work time and personal time on this and it’s very frustrating.

It was better than what I expected to be inside of it was bigger than what I expected to be the quality of it is better so far it's a wonderful watching the time will tell

Really only bought this as a replacement for the same item that was only three years old. Was going to cost over $500 to repair. Would have went with a different brand entirely but I stack the dryer on top of it and would have had to buy a new dryer as well.

Love this dryer. Weighs the load and adjusts the drying time. The app alerts you when the load is done

This washer works very well. Doing the scan was hard. Even after calling the company not sure if everything is working correctly.

So far it’s been great! We weren’t sure we would like a front load washer but it has proven itself time and again and I would recommend it

First time buying a front load washer. It is so much nicer than the top load models because you do not have space the cloths out to level it up

Good machine but it does seem to take more than one rinse cycle to get all the soap out

It does what ut is suppoesed to. There are features i havent used yet, but it seems pretty straightforward so far

Only had this washer for a short period of time. So far, we are very pleased with the choice of washing cycles. Clothes smell fresh and clean. Happy with this GE washer.
