The vibration was intense that you coul ld feel it shaking the whole house.I was thinking of returnibg it the next day my first trial but cant haul it downby my self n i dont know the return policy.

However, when the water is added into the unit, it starts and stops, starts and stops, causing a lot of banging noise heard throughout the house. We have our units stacked as well.

I must have received a defective model. The prewash detergent wouldn’t stay in the dispenser, it poured right out of the door seam and so did the fabric softener. I had to run the cycle again sometimes because the clothes weren’t rung out. All this to say I returned the washer and went back to Maytag brand washers. The fresh vent isn't worth buying a low quality washer. Just leave the door open on your washer when your not using it that solves the dampness and musty smell. Maytag actually has a model with 12 or 16 hour fresh spin cycle so after your clothes are done it keeps the fresh by spinning here and there and I hear a fan blower going as well so that your clothes don’t become “musty smelling” if you leave overnight or all day while at work.
