Waited 2 weeks for service to show up. Now have to wait 3 weeks for part to show up for replacement. A quick test of machine before it left the factory would have been nice.

Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.At first this seemed fine I literally bought it and didn’t get to use it till like a month later because we were in between apartments and this washer machine or atleast mine stinks I’ve called the company and they come and say there’s nothing to do and one of its features is it’s supposed to not let anything stink even if you leave clothes for a long time and I wasn’t able to return cuz I was past 2 weeks I bought insurance and best buy won’t even help I have to keep calling the company in my opinion don’t buy a front door washer machine sometimes it won’t drain the clothes and they’ll come out soaking wet I can’t put a small load cuz same it won’t drain and there’s days where it just won’t work at all and says the door is open

We're zero for two...cannot recommend this washer

Fortunately the awesome Geek Squad guys tested it before they left. (they get 5 stars, unlike this washer) It was loaded back up on the truck and taken back with them. We waited more than a week for the 2nd one to be delivered. It worked great for about a month, and we loved it when it was working. But now it won't spin water out of clothes. So here we are waiting another week for a "certified GE technician" to come look at it in order for warranty to be honored. I am NOT even REMOTELY amused. Seems like these are either great or are lemons... no in between. And lucky us, we got TWO lemons.
