It started within 2 months and is just getting worse, despite our efforts to treat it. Calling Best Buy today to see what options I have.

Posted .We're glad you reached out. To help with this issue, please run a Self-Clean cycle by selecting the Self Clean feature on the control panel. The Self Clean cycle should be performed, at a minimum, once per month or about every 30-40 wash cycles. Before starting the Self Clean cycle, you'll need to pour one cup or 250 ml of liquid bleach or other washing machine cleaner into the basket. It's recommended to run a Rinse & Spin or a light color load after the Self Clean cycle. If the issue continues, please take advantage of the one year warranty by scheduling a service appointment for one of our Bodewell technicians to assess your unit. Failed with a control board issue before two years

CONTINUOUSLY since the first week. I didn't get to use it for the first time after the 30 days. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND. I even paid for Best Buy to hook up for me. WORST PURCHASE I'VE EVER MADE!! NOT TO MENTION THE IDIOTS THAT SET IT UP DIDN'T ADJUST MY DOORS SO THEY CLASH EVERYTIME YOU OPEN. IT'S THE WORST REALLY!!
