I tried every setting and it happens at least twice a week. My wife is so disappointed with her Christmas present and she wants her old top loaders back. I took a day off work to go through the manual and turns out it’s just a waste of hard earned money. Thanks GE for stressing out my family

This washer has been in my home for less than 2 months and has already had 2 service calls. Wouldn't connect to wifi, needed new system board on day 1 and now the door won't close properly, says it isn't closed and won't drain water. Never again!

This is illegal and fraudulent practice.

Washer doesn’t get soap out.

Some clothes would still feel dry. We called a repairman who said it was probably the motherboard. This new washer is doing the same thing. I have to use extra rinse and “more water”

Tried 3 different washers and 4 different GFI outlets and none worked. Finally Best Buy offered to upgrade to a different model and it's working fine. The vent system runs for fifteen minutes every hour for 8 hours and still can’t get the job done. The dyer could not dry the cloths all the way

After that the washer was not quiet. Returned it.

After waiting a month for the item to arrive, the delivery folk brought it to my house. While my dryer was a Samsung, the washer they delivered was a G.E.! Needless to say, I was unprepared for that. The last time I experienced that level of incompetence waa in the military

Problems after ONE year!!!!

Our ONE year old washer turned itself on and appears to want to agitate. You can hear water coming in. There are no lights on the control panel. The doors were not locked. You can spin the dial though nothing changes. Tried unplugging and that didn't work. We started have Problems with druer as well. I will never buy anything of this brand again!!!!
