    did not realize how huge this unit was. It would not even fit in my space. Had to return it. Best Buy delivery though was wonderful and they took it back not problem at all.

    It sounds like a jet engine is taking off. The features are nice, I bought it specifically because the doors could be reversed and my water hookup is on the left. It was the only washer choice. But, I'm not sure it's worth the deafening sound.

    When delivered, there were missing parts on the pedestal. We had to schedule a second appointment.

    Spin cycle stopped after 1 wash cycle

    Stopped working after 1 cycle. No longer completes a spin cycle. All clothes are washed but left soaking wet.

    Drum Failed After 1 Year Warranty Expired

    Drum failed after 1.5 years, about 4 months after the 1 year warranty expired. Absolutely horrible!

    Within in a week of use water leaks from door. Also, water does not properly drain causing an excessive about of water to accumulate in drain trap.

    Not my favorite machine. Has trouble with small loads. I do like the mold guard /venting features.

    Looked nice and worked fine for 10 days and then it wouldn’t go into the spin cycle. What a disappointment!

    We had to replace our Samsung washer, which was suffering a bearing failure. After some research, I decided to go with LG because the Samsungs apparently still suffer from bearing failure. Immediately, I noticed how sturdy the LG is. Upon using the washer, I found it easy to use and it had great features. I further noticed it did a great job of removing and collecting hair from our dogs off our laundry. Coupled with the new LG dryer, there is no longer hair that needs to be cleaned off the laundry. I further love the venting feature of the washer that aids in preventing mold formation when the door is closed. We’ve only had the units for a few weeks and so far all is well.

    Crappy service for a new washer purchase

    Horrible experience. The washing machine, brand new, has to be replaced because it only releases hot water and not cold. Promised 3 delivery dates, never showed up due to washing machine not being in stock. The manager offered to be reimbursed for laundry mat expenses. What a load od crap.
