The features are nice, I bought it specifically because the doors could be reversed and my water hookup is on the left. It was the only washer choice. But, I'm not sure it's worth the deafening sound.

After some research, I decided to go with LG because the Samsungs apparently still suffer from bearing failure. Immediately, I noticed how sturdy the LG is. Upon using the washer, I found it easy to use and it had great features. I further noticed it did a great job of removing and collecting hair from our dogs off our laundry. Coupled with the new LG dryer, there is no longer hair that needs to be cleaned off the laundry. I further love the venting feature of the washer that aids in preventing mold formation when the door is closed. We’ve only had the units for a few weeks and so far all is well.

Crappy service for a new washer purchase

The washing machine, brand new, has to be replaced because it only releases hot water and not cold. Promised 3 delivery dates, never showed up due to washing machine not being in stock. The manager offered to be reimbursed for laundry mat expenses. What a load od crap.
