Has better features than previous one. It has a vent that allows it to dry out faster after use. It is larger capacity but same size outside dimensions It is quieter.

Broke twice, first ine fresh out of box and a few months later broke again

Excellence washing, and drying machine clothes have never come out so clean before it amazes me very happy with this product

Okay for a couple of washes (less than 1 week) but then it started making noises like its out of balance even on light loads, tried some different things based on troubleshooting list but its not getting any better. Called service for a technician but they send delivery people, still waiting!!!

love this new washer, so much capacity and it works quickly, major upgrade for us. for the price, i am very happy with it.

Had one issue with the washer hammering when the machine water valves turned off. Had the surge unit in the wall but that wasn't enough apparently! Added second surge valves right next to the machine and problem solved. Overall an excellent machine!

I am a Total Tech Member,. Your delivery team scratch my floor and have not reach back out since November. Disappointed

I’ve had this washer for about a month and I love it! Huge drum for king size quilts and bedding. Easy to operate! Plenty of settings for any need,but not too many to be complicated. The fresh vent system is a nice improvement over my last front loader. I researched many top washers and front loaders and I’m so glad I picked this one!

I just got delivered this new GE washing machine. Great features, easy to use.

Wonderful washer. So many washing options. You can choose washing cycle and still adjust using buttons. Max spin cycle saves dry time. Venting system keeps washer from molding or smelling and able to keep door closed at all times. Very large machine. Highly recommend!

Great machine. Great value as well. Looked all over town and Best Buy ended up having the most options of anyone!

This washing machine washes clothes well. The bad thing about it is that we bought it because we thought that the microban feature was supposed to keep odors away from the inside of the washer, which it did for about only one month. After that it began to have quite a bad odor. We used the self clean feature and the venting feature and kept the filter clean. Those actions did not help. Also the filter is at the bottom-front of the washer so that one must get down on the floor to clean it out and water always spills out on the floor-no matter how careful one is to prevent it.

I've had this unit and the matching dryer for just over 3 years. I've never had an issue with either one until yesterday. As part of the normal maintenance, we cleaned out the filter found in the bottom front. After placing the filter back, the gasket failed and water started leaking from the filter. Thankfully we had a tray under the washer which caught all of the water so we didn't have any damage to the house. However, when going to GE website, I found out that they will not sell you the replacement gasket and instead force you to purchase the whole pump/filter unit for $73. What a horrible policy to have. I was able to purchase Danco washers online from another company that should be the right size (item number 61265W ) I will never buy another GE product due to this money grab policy they have
