Apart from a 5-year manufacturer's warranty, this machine is known to have the fewest number of service calls of any washer on the market, as well as being made in the USA. The most attractive feature was the built-in fan in the washer. All of the front-load washers we've had in the past, we had to replace the rubber ring in the door as it got all mildewed and molded, but with the fan feature, there is no longer any mold and mildew in the washer! Front-load washers are always preferable to a machine with an agitator, as those machined tends to destroy the clothes, especially delicates, so now the drying feature makes this washer the perfect choice for us!

My old washer came with the house 12 years ago, it was starting to breakdown, so instead of fixing a machine I had no idea of it’s age, I researched a few different models and decided on this one. I had the switch the door from the default side, that was a bit of a challenge but not rocket science. That is one of selling points for me with this machine. The only thing that makes me worry is having the door on the front could lead to a small water issue if the lock ever fails. But I am hopeful I never have to experience it.

The door seal gathers a lot of pet hair and over time seems like it will either get plugged and cause issues draining. So im constantly having to pull the pet hair out of it. Overall does a great job cleaning and is super quiet!

Needed a new machine in a hurry and after researching for hours, this one won out. Price was more than fair, delivery was fast like 2 or 3 days, setup easy, and delivery guys were top notch. I love having a front load machine. It's easy to use, washes well and can fit my king comforter. Lots of wash options including time saver, and I love that it vents so I can close the door (no mold/mildew/smell). I downloaded SmartHQ app and now get alerts on time left and when it's done.

Overall, it’s pretty good. It’s quiet and effectively cleans standard sized loads. The cycles are longer than the standard. There’s no soaking function. There’s an extra spin feature that I absolutely love and it significantly decreases the time in the dryer.

Love this washer! Large capacity, so many setting options! Very easy to use. Easy to adjust water temperature, spin speed, soil level. The dispenser is clear and easy to understand with a large capacity for detergents, pre-wash products and softeners. The spin cycle is amazing, so powerful!

I've been using this washer for about a month and like it so far. I had a front-load washer at my previous house, then bought a new top-load washer which I used for 8 years before it died on me. I just went back to the front load again. My favorite part of the front-load washer is that it removes more of the water prior to throwing it in the dryer so my clothes dry in half the time. I'm still using the same dryer but my clothes are getting dry in half the time as before.

This washer is super easy to use. The buttons are very clear, the spin cycle isn't loud being on medium, when my last washer cycled on low and shook the house (it seemed like). The venting system is amazing and really nice to have. I would 100% recommend this washer.

We've only had it for a few weeks, but so far we're impressed. Wafer takes huge loads, is pretty quiet, and doesn't jump around. The display of remaining tube is actually accurate and the LG phone app informs you when the cycle is complete. Like the way it looks to.

So far so good. Bought the previous GE model which sucked and had issues from day one. Geek Squad tried to repair but never seemed to get right. The previous Model never seemed to fill with enough water or wash the clothes, had leaks and a myriad of other issues. This new model has seemed to account for the previous modes lack of water with a much needed feature of get this-a “more water” button! Imagine that adding water with the clothes actually washes them. This model seems to actually wash clothes a bit better than the old model with using the add water feature but still sucks compared to a top loader. If you are on the fence and your laundry room setup allows buy a top loader. Unfortunately a front loader is our only option. Front loaders suck and don’t work as well. I’d also like to give Best Buy in store associates and management a big shout out for doing what was right and replacing the old washer under warranty. Geek Squad gets a F in my book for many reasons, #1 not fixing the unit right the first 2 times, #2 basically telling me to get lost when asking them make it right, #3 telling me they were going to come repair it again to all of the sudden pulling a 180 and reversing course and telling me buy a new washer if I didn’t like it.

We love the washer. I can barely hear the washer when in use and it gets the clothes very dry in the spin cycle that the clothes dry very quickly in the dryer. Also, the capacity of the washer can hold lots more clothes than several other washer I’ve used. We are very pleased. Good buy, good washer

Amazing washer! Love how easy it is to use, the microban lining throughout gives me a little more peace of mind when it comes to the cleaning and maintenance of my washer. I pride myself on cleaning the mold from my washers (in the past), so this feature was huge for me! It’s quiet when it’s running. Definitely have recommended this to friends and family!

Replaced our 17 year old top loading Kenmore set with this and a matching dryer. We were hesitant of some other brands since family members had them and electronics would periodically go out. Did our research and went with GE. Much quieter and less water use than we were experiencing before, but more importantly our clothes are getting cleaner! With four kids we send quiet a few loads through per week and this set makes it (almost) a joy to do laundry!
