Great Smart Washer

It is spacious on the inside, large enough to fit my king size bedding comfortably with extra space. These fit in my apartments tiny "laundry room" but I measured before to ensure the set would fit. I did have to reverse the door swing on both the washer and the dryer and there are enough videos on Youtube to help you get it done. The smart features are nice. I don't use the smart dispense because I like to use Tide pods. My clothes come out clean and I have no complaints!

I was sold on the MicroBan being a mold blocker but i have worst mold on this than front loaaders that have been in use for 10 years. I have had this model for 1 year and 2 weeks and already there is the smelly black mold on the MicroBan blue ring. And GE is going to charge me $114 maintenance cost + the part after 1 year. Total waste of money. Worst part is this will end up in the landfill after 1 year. DON"T BUY

We've had issues with it leaking more than once as of tonight, it's not a fun experience to see water entering the kitchen from the laundry room! Hopefully a new gasket fixes the issue...

They didnt bother trying to figure out how appliances are delivered to residents nit living on the 1st floor. My daughter contacted the apt manager and the solution was provided. My daughter called Best Buy to schedule another delivery date. Delivery attempt # 2 goes ok but they only checked the dryer to ensure proper operation. She attempted to wash a load of clothes and the washer has a message "Supply H2O" and is leaking water all over her floor. Simple teflon tape may fix the leak but a tech should ensure everything is operating properly and without flaw prior to "finishing" an indtall. I'm utterly disgusted that Best Buy would allow such Tom Foolery with any aspect of a major purchase like this! I take the blame because i suggested Best Buy based on my POSITIVE experiences with purchases and returns. I've never purchased a major appliance from them and after this experience, i NEVER WILL! TERRIBLE BEST BUY!

Shakes. Takes too long to wash. And it needs to add more water. You can't add too many clothes because they won't be clean. I have the set and it does not match the dryer. Dryer is darker. I absolutely hate it.

We also recommend checking your drain hose and making sure it isn't kinked or clogged. We have a great video on our site that explains how to clean the pump filter. You'll also find instructions in your manual on page 21. The manual can be found on Best Buys site and our GE Appliances site. It kept saying something is wrong with the locking mechanism. I bought and replaced it still not working. Do not buy this product.
