Best Washer Ever!

This washer is amazing, and I plan on buying the matching dryer at some point too. I could not be happier!

Love this washer

W stacked them to limit the space and my 5' 1" wife can still reach and adjust the controls easily without a step stool. Easy set up, instructions for different settings are nice. It has so many options, we had to read what each was for to determine if we needed them or not.

The only reason I give it 4 stars is that the end of cycle sound is very quiet even on the highest setting. I have to be in the same room to hear it. I truly wish that it was louder.

Great Machine until it isn't...

Problem started the second year. The locking mechanism would just cycle 3 intervals and then says "End" like it completed a full wash. That's half of the problem. The other half is that the machine would just stop mid cycle and not finish the last spin cycle leaving the clothes either drenched in water or even leaving a pool of water in the machine. Paying 2k for a washing machine expecting it to be the best and for it not to last a year was a total disappointment. My 500 dollar old washing machine lasted at least almost a decade...

It could just be my WiFi not strong enough to reach my laundry room but I doubt it! I paid extra for the smart app connection so I’m disappointed that I can’t even use it.
