Purchased washer and dryer set 8/2023. I take a lot of pride and effort in taking care of my appliances. We were starting to see mold and couldn’t manage the smell as well , then my washer starting making real load noises when in the spinning cycle.,sound like a jet plane taking off in my laundry room. Tech was sent out to evaluate and within 5 minutes he called to say it was the bearing and it could not be fixed. Ok. So I just wanted to get the same model and color which was satin… pretty safe choice when choosing my matching set a year ago. No not the case. This color has been discontinued. So my only option is white. Very disappointed to say the least. Our laundry room it the main entrance into our home.,otherwise if my laundry room was not visable to guests even if I could shut a door off from people coming into our home, I wouldn’t care if the matched or not. So. Now I have to buy a new warranty, hose and delivery for around $186 dollar for a white washer that does not match the year old dryer. I’ve done a little research and the bearing to replace seem pretty low in cost.50 dollars maybe for the part. I just want them to fix my current washer and they won’t. I just don’t understand how this is fair as being the customer.

We have owned this machine for just over a year, and it is terrible!!! Thankfully we purchased the extended warranty, but the company that they have to service in this area is also terrible. In the last month we have had them here 3 times, once not scheduled, just showed up, replaced a motor 8 days later the belt is completely shot and frayed!!! The belt is brand new except for the fraying. Hmm I wonder why that would have happened. Of course the repairman did not put his name on the order, but I have cameras and was able to identify him. Not that it mattered much...they NEVER have replacement parts, we have already been without a working machine for 5 days waiting for service, which never showed up when they were supposed to, so I called and found out it needed to be rescheduled... We do use this machine a lot, but if I am paying $1000 for a machine I EXPECT it to last much longer than a year old!!!!!!!!!! I would love to leave a good review, but simply can not!!! If you are looking at this to last more than a year, get an extended warranty, but know you will need to borrow your neighbors machine at some time. I would suggest looking into something else, or going to a smaller business so that you don't need to deal with their service company. Terrible, it's A&E Factory Service

Works great, looks great, and extremely efficient. In terms of quality, I only favor maytag and ge brands and this unit doesn't let down.

I am really happy with this washer, but for some reason the SmartDispense feature isn’t working and there is nothing in the manual to troubleshoot this. The app tells me the tank is empty, but it’s completely full to the max line. I did not use Tide, but that shouldn’t matter. I also wish there had been some recommendation on the size of washer pan needed for it, I discovered on my delivery day that the one I already had was not big enough and had to reschedule the actual installation until after I purchased and installed the larger pan.

Works great. The installation crew did great job. Doesn't emit the terrible odor that was always present with our last front load washer.

Love it; however delivery men did not properly level washer so the spin cycle made a lot of noise (even though they told us it was leveled). In addition, they were supposed to hook appliances up to wi-fi; they didn't and when I asked them to do it, he said "Go to the Menu" and left. I was scheduled for a 7am-12-pm delivery and they showed up at 4:30 pm. I hope my service appt. to install pedestals will not be delivered by same people.

Easy to install , however not as easy to move ,very heavy. Will need some help to get washer to the desired location you wish to place it.

I love this washer, it's very quiet. The geek squad was very cutious and polite. They tested it before leaving to make sure everything works.

Do i love it. I put a king size bedspread in it and there was plenty of room.

Bought these last year in September of 2020. I read countless reviews on how wonderful these washers are, only to have experienced the opposite. The reason why we chose this washer is because our laundry room was VERY tiny and a front loading washer was our only option because of the stacking ability. Yes, this washer is great when it comes to the known moldy smell that comes with front loading washers because I have not noticed too bad of an odor, and this is why I chose this washer over the other front loading washers. In the almost 1 year that we have had it, I have only had to clean it twice. My main concern with this washer is the performance. IT IS TERRIBLE. We have had to already do a warranty replacement with this washer because of some technological issues. It kept making a weird noise, like the venting sound, every 20-30 minutes for about 10 min. While it was in this venting noise process, the washer would not function, so if you needed to wash a load you had to wait until the sound was over. After receiving the replacement I have still been very dissatisfied. My clothes do not smell pleasant after washing clothes, and trust me I have done everything that the tips and tricks recommend. It doesn’t matter if it’s two pieces of clothing with fabric softener, it will not come out smelling like it should. Also, there have been many times that I have to run an extra spin cycle because the clothes are SOAKING wet to where they are dripping when I pick them up. These have just brought so much inconvenience to my life. Dreading that I have to spend the next couple of years with this washer until it tears up. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Awesome product but honestly I won’t really know what I have until I see how it performs throughout the years. So far I’m satisfied!!!!

Many features which allow you to get the correct wash every time. I really enjoy the smart dispense feature and the venting feature stands this product our from the rest. Washer is not too loud when in use and the product looks great!

Has had this washer for about 2 months now and it does an excellent job at cleaning and the options are great!

What a amazing machine my clothes smell so good and clean very easy to use and clean design is so beautiful wife love it

We really like the color option as it is different than most offered and the ultra fresh vent system is another big plus.

Bought for our new house, has a lot of great updates and options. I love how you can fit a ton of clothes in just one load.

Great washer. Love the soap dispenser feature. I also like the sanitize cycle. There is also a vent cycle so that the clothes stay fresh if they sit for a short period of time after wash is finished. The app reminds you when the load is complete.
