I love it! I could have given 5 stars but the smart app won’t work! It could just be my WiFi not strong enough to reach my laundry room but I doubt it! I paid extra for the smart app connection so I’m disappointed that I can’t even use it.

As soon as I learn all the ins and outs it will be great

I love this washer. It has a venting cycle that dries the inside of the washer bone dry. Now I can keep the door closed. The dispenser drawer has the soap and softener in the opposite place than the LG products, which is more convenient. And it’s made in USA!

Its a convenient machine, despite the fact that it had technical difficulties recently. Other than the the pricing is worth it. Just need information on app use. Don't have the package information to learn the compartments, and certain button usage.

Washer is great. Absolutely love it! What I didn’t love was the Beat Buy installation team that had to come out to my house 4 times before getting it right! Do yourself a favor and don’t have Best Buy install and if you absolutely need someone to install buy elsewhere because they are horrible for installation.

Product is good so far,however do your research as to what accessories comes with it,because the recommendations that Best Buy gives are not helpful,I ended buying what they recommended and I didn’t need it,and they didn’t recommend what I needed for the stackable.

Works and looks great! I'll probably never use all the features on it, but nice to have. Really like that it has a venting cycle after laundry is done and a sanitize cycle.

The dryer has been great so far. I only had for a month, the only thing I don't like is when I close it. It seems to close very hard and loud kind of hard to explain. I never owned a GE had a Whirlpool for over 16 years but this one ratings were good.

A great washing machine. Yet does not offer a drawer washer similar to LG. Really missed that option.

Like that it has an app to let me know when it’s done I do forget when to switch over the laundry to the dryer this is helpful. I like that it has a setting to dry out the machine when your done washing for the day so it doesn’t smell.

so far we love this unit. I like that we could switch the way the door opens and the light in the unit means I never leave a dark in with the whites when I am doing the wash late at night.

Very nice washer. We love everything about it except one thing. It is extremely heavy, get help before you buy this. Small appliance levelers are essential to level the machine.

ITV works well. The end of cycle signal barely audible. Tried pressing it after consulting the manual still barely audible. Must be something wrong with it. Also keep getting a Tank low” message.

Im so I love with my new washer Best Purchase .I wasn’t going to get a higher price washer but I decided to get something I love and not what’s cheaper . I Love it !!!! so glad I thought about myself and Im happy I did !!! Getting the dryer soon!!! Part 2 !

This washing machine provides the basics, I had been hoping for the smart features to do things like notify me when the washing machine was done, or better yet, announce it on Alexa. Unfortunately, after many failed attempts (the setup process is buggy and painful, copy and paste the password, because it won’t go through the first time!) and calling technical support multiple times, I gave up. It’s just a “dumb” washing machine for me.
