When the cycle is done the clothes are soaking wet. I will be calling this week to have someone come out and take a look. Maybe it wasn't installed properly.

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately the washer was defective from the start and the smart dispense compartment used 100% of the detergent on the very first wash and also will not feed any fabric softener. After a repairmen was sent out it was determined the entire dispenser compartment was faulty and would need to be replaced. It has been over a month and a half we still do not even have a date as to when the replacement part will arrive to be installed. The process for getting a service appointment with GE was also very frustrating without being able to talk to a live operator and the automated attendant telling me that there were no service companies in our region. After setting up the appointment online instead the service company they use is just a few miles away from our house. The entire process has been aggravating and we just want our brand new washer to work like a brand new washer.
