This was not at all the case. One of them had a mask-the other had one in his pocket which he put on when I ask him to do so. I lysoled everything (doorknobs,etc) when they left. Your website indicated more care would be taken due to the pandemic.

It constantly runs without anything on and displays the word Cancel. You are not able to run anything while it does this. You can’t even turn it off. Also, it leaves your clothes soaking wet and you’ll have to continue to run the spin cycle again. As if you’re not already wasting electricity or putting extra stress on the motor. This was too pricey of a mistake. Do not buy this and make the same mistake we did. Also it will not connect to the app.
