It went out after having it less than a year and had best buy come by to fix it. It is out again most likely for the same issue and best buy will not come out and make things right. I thought maybe I got a lemon but after looking at reviews from another competitor it looks like its just a GE issue. These washers only last 2 years if you are lucky.

Unfortunately it did and I had to jump through a few hoops to get a replacement quickly. Luckily my local store had a floor model they sold me to fix the problem within a week.
