So far it’s been pretty good. Quiet and easy to use. Note that only one phone can be connected for the mobile application. That should be fixed as me and my wife both want to be aware when the laundry is done. Also, the front knob/panel is pretty touchy. Best to not get near it once the wash starts to prevent changing the dial and causing delay.

I have had it for 3 months and have had to have it repaired twice now. The softener section does not drain. I have done exactly what the tech told me to do, which is diluting the softener 50/50 with water, and it still is happening. The automatic detergent option is a joke. I went through more detergent in two weeks than I normally would in two months. Twice now the washer has said that the cycle is complete and when I opened the door it was still full of water.

I've used it several times and the clothes smell clean and the machine is relatively quite. I especially love having a light inside the washer. The first machine we got did not work and it would leave the clothes wet since day one. This was probably a bad machine but ever since we got the replacement, we have not had any problems.

Not sure if it is due to wrong installation but I’m not impressed. It’s a beautiful washer with awesome reviews so I went for it, but I’m dissatisfied.

It cleans very well and it's super quiet, even on the highest spin cycle. If you download the app, you can even get notified when the wash is complete. Very helpful! Hopefully, the quality sustains and it gives us service for many years to come.

I can honestly say I have never enjoyed doing laundry more than I do now. I love all the features this washer has and I haven’t even used them all yet. Auto dispenser is great! Light inside of machine surprised me. I set the app up, works great! The vent to keep the smell away, is really good. It’s nice to be able to close the door.
