Usually a hour not exceeding a hour and a half. My previous washer would wash a load for two and a half hours. I would buy this product again.

We have had the set for 13 months and the lock mechanism malfunctioned. Had the lock mechanism replaced and now the electrical board is out.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Washer is awesome, super bummed about the experience with ordering the washer and dryer, I didn’t get it the expected day and no one cared to call to let me know, I sat home waiting for the delivery all day long until I called to find out that it has been rescheduled for the next day, fast forward to the next day and still didn’t receive the other half of my order, again no one called to let me know , I talked to 5 different people and somewhere somehow no one rescheduled the delivery so I had to wait an extra day

Arrived defective (washer randomly fills up with water when off) and scheduling service through their Geek Squad service is painful and unnecessarily complicated.

Trying to get it repaired is turning into a hassle. Been without washer for several weeks and am told could be a while til parts come in. Have geek squad warranty but that doesnt kick in till manufacturers warranty expires. Not what you expect out of a top of the line washer that is only a few months old.

Buy at your own risk due to bad GE warranty!

I called GE customer relations to discuss and they hung up on me. Buyer beware of GE products with short warranties. This was a very disappointing and costly experience since we had to buy 2 washers in 14 months.

I am very disappointed as I bought this washer bc I have a family of 7 and 5 of them are teenagers, So I use it a lot and I needed a good one. I loved it until stoped working... ugh
