GE said it would take a month to get another. Best Buy was nice about letting us switch out for LG despite being after 15 days... Note to consumers- most reviews on here on only after 1 month's ownership on average. Dissapointed as I was hoping to buy "American" and parts would 'always be available' per my appliance guy.,.. just didn't expect problems from the start.

Black mold is not something I want to see every time I try to use my washer. It’s a lot of work to constantly clean the mold multiple times a week.
