oh boy what can I say, I'm all of 4'11" and can't reach into top loading dryers too well anymore, so with this front end loader it is perfect for me. I love it!!!!

Absolutely love this machine. It's so easy to use and I think ultimately will save me money on detergent. Delivery was on time and the guys were great.

The color is great the features are amazing the only thing it lacks is the ability to put the clothes in the dryer and fold them other than that it’s perfect.

Switched from an old top load to this one and I love it. I love that it dispenses the soap automatically so it takes the guessing work out of that. Would recommend.

I’ve had this washer for around 3 weeks. Major upgrade from my prior front loader. The load capacity is amazing. I can fit my comforter, sheets and pillow cases in one load! (California King Bed) The ability to pour 50 oz of Tide in the smart load is flat out genius!!!! Overall, this machine exceeded my expectations!!!

not large cap. if you put a full load in, the clothes are barley damp some spots almost dry. But on the Upside it won't shred that tissue that got by you. I put in a service call for the water level and the lock on my dryer key pad (my grandmonsters locked and I am techno challenged). I was told thats the way the water should be and if i call again for such things that I would be charged for the call. coming up on a year and the auto dispensers works when they wants to. I have to set the small load for heavy soil or it wont even rinse away toothpaste drips. and then 20% of the time it will put out water but heavy spin or max spin and they are still dripping. I will call for service but my 35 year old machine it replaced did a much better job! that said I do like the venting feature and the self cleaning cycles we have pets and its great so I will award a second star. Im really sorry I cant afford a different set. my clothes are really takeing a beating and Im doing 2x more loads ...you've been warned

nice looking with lots of cleaning options. Especially like the steam setting. Also the automatics venting is good idea to prevent that musty smell.

Every load we find more cool features. It is a great machine and holds a lot. Even tried a whole dog bed last night and it did it without taking the bed apart!

We have owned this machine for just over a year, and it is terrible!!! Thankfully we purchased the extended warranty, but the company that they have to service in this area is also terrible. In the last month we have had them here 3 times, once not scheduled, just showed up, replaced a motor 8 days later the belt is completely shot and frayed!!! The belt is brand new except for the fraying. Hmm I wonder why that would have happened. Of course the repairman did not put his name on the order, but I have cameras and was able to identify him. Not that it mattered much...they NEVER have replacement parts, we have already been without a working machine for 5 days waiting for service, which never showed up when they were supposed to, so I called and found out it needed to be rescheduled... We do use this machine a lot, but if I am paying $1000 for a machine I EXPECT it to last much longer than a year old!!!!!!!!!! I would love to leave a good review, but simply can not!!! If you are looking at this to last more than a year, get an extended warranty, but know you will need to borrow your neighbors machine at some time. I would suggest looking into something else, or going to a smaller business so that you don't need to deal with their service company. Terrible, it's A&E Factory Service

I am really happy with this washer, but for some reason the SmartDispense feature isn’t working and there is nothing in the manual to troubleshoot this. The app tells me the tank is empty, but it’s completely full to the max line. I did not use Tide, but that shouldn’t matter. I also wish there had been some recommendation on the size of washer pan needed for it, I discovered on my delivery day that the one I already had was not big enough and had to reschedule the actual installation until after I purchased and installed the larger pan.

Works great, looks great, and extremely efficient. In terms of quality, I only favor maytag and ge brands and this unit doesn't let down.
