Customers have good things to say about the 5.0 Cu. Ft. 13-Cycle Top-Loading Washer's cleaning ability and large capacity, noting that it handles big loads well and is easy to use. However, some customers reported that the machine can be quite loud during operation, particularly during the spin cycle, and that it sometimes struggles to maintain balance, especially with heavier items. The spin cycle options were also criticized by some users. Overall, the washing performance and capacity are highlighted as positive aspects, while noise level and balance issues are frequently mentioned as drawbacks.

Really hate this washer.
It leaks all over my floor at least once a month. Ive had a repair man out here and he said he didnt see anything wrong with it.
It sucks for balance. A few blankets and it wont spin them dry. Why buy a big washer if it cant wash blankets. Ill have to take everything out and spin 2 small throw blankets at a time or they come out soaked.
Now whats causing me to actauy come write a review is it keeps putting runs in my sheets. My sheets go into my washer fine no runs or caught thread, and come out with it. Ive ruined 2 bed sheets and a handful of pillow cases simply by putting them in the wash. Theyre being washed with just bedding, no zippers or anything theu should get caught on.
Im so irritated and sick of this machine. Im tempted to sell it and buy another brand.

We hate this - it makes an awful noise - we called for repair they said they fixed it. Apparently when a load is off balance it will make the noise again and the soap dispense will not work the soap stays in the despenser

We chose this washer pretty much by process of elimination. There have been a lot of bad experiences in our families with Samsung and LG machines and appliance shops we talked to said to avoid them. We wanted a high efficiency top loader, further reducing the available options. And lastly I was interested in having a smart appliance because the laundry is in the basement and I'm usually not so hearing a buzzer to move the load to the dryer was unlikely. There wasn't a lot of choices to be had but the review sites liked this one so I figured why not.
It turns out the washer is really good. It isn't the most attractive out there by any stretch and I have to say the membrane buttons and segmented LCD are turn-offs but that's pretty much where my criticism ends. It's got every feature a person could need with plenty of modes, all of them well-defined and sensible. I really like the detergent reservoir (this is only on the 750, the next model down lacks both the wifi/"smart" features and the reservoir) that means I can just throw in the clothes, select a mode, and hit start. Easily my favorite feature. I find that all of the cycles work as advertised and the clothes come out clean, fully-rinsed, and pretty dry. If you aren't used to top loading HE washers be ready for shaking when they're off balanced and be aware that the machine will rebalance the load on its own but that's normal.
The app is good enough but not great. You get notifications for when cycles end or clothes are left in the washer for 30 minutes. It can start the washer for you but only if you set it up to do that when you load it (meaning you can't just put the stuff in with the mode set properly and walk away, you must also hit the Delay Start button). Seems like a useless feature to me. It's still worth it to not have to hear the buzzer and it ties into IFTTT and Google Assistant/Alexa so you can do all the stuff you'd want to do with a smart appliance like trigger a light to remind you about the wash.
Overall for the money it's been great. One thing I should mention is that my wife is short and like other reviewers here also can't reach the bottom of the drum for smaller items. She had to buy a grabber. We knew this going in and having tried other models in the stores it seems this would have been an issue with any of them but it bears mentioning.

It’s a nightmare

I wish I never bought this washer! It constantly goes off balance even though I place everything evenly in the tub. The water won’t drain and you have to fight with soaking wet clothes, towels, etc. to balance them out to continue the cycle. It sounds like someone is playing the drums in my laundry room and when I go in there my washer has moved 2 feet! It’s a nightmare!
