This is on Best Buy not allowing in store phone calls when the order was placed in store. I do not need to talk with online sales when they cannot fix my problem of a backorder and switching items. Purchased a 4 appliance combo. Range back ordered out 2 months, not a problem switching to lower end model. No online employ could fix the problem. Had to drive 1.5hrs one way to store to fix the issue during a sales event in order not to loose the sale. terrible customer service

The individuals who came to install the stove did not install it correctly. That caused a bad gas leak in my house and me and my kids could have passed away. I had to have someone come out and fix it. Best Buy made it right for me in the end.

But when it was delivered I was very impressed with how these two men used these shoulder straps and carried it up my porch steps with a turn and did not have to take door off. It was so smooth,very happy and impressed.

I hate chemical smells from cleaners and smells from self cleaning as well. Maybe I will have to bake a pie just to have a reason to try the steam clean. I think it is a great idea for the health of the environment and humans.

Would have preferred the broiler function to be in the over itself - bending down to use the broiler near the floor is awkward

Its been a month, and so far doing great! Still need to wait a few more months to determine how this lovely stove does. Both Customer service and delivery service did a great job!
