We had our washer professionally delivered and installed on April 2,2022. Until now, no problems at all. It’s runs quiet than our previous washer. After the last load of the day, press the vent cycle, pull the dispenser out to dry, and when the vent cycle is done open the washer door to air dry. Also, drain out the lint catch at the bottom corner. Have a baking sheet of some sort and paper towels to catch the water, when unscrewing the lint catch.

I really love this washer. It holds a lot of clothes and everything comes out super clean. I also really love that it connects to an app that lets me know when the clothes are 5 minutes from being done, when the cycle finishes, and when the damp clothes have been sitting in the washer for 30 minutes. The smart dispense is also nice so I don't have to pull the detergent out every time. Prevents sticky residue buildup on the bottle of detergent.

Despite the price being higher than many others and the almost impossible Wifi registration process to get one year of Tide, This washer is one an ordinary person can not live without. Your stinky dirty clothes will thank you. You should expect no rebates from GE since they know this is one of the most excellent washers ever. Heck, even Captain America would like this washer.

Pretty much the best washer you can buy. The auto dispense. The WiFi. The disinfectant mode. All amazing. The downsides.. the WiFi sucks to connect Initially. As a network engineer it still took me 20min to get it working. But once it’s connected youre golden. Secondly it’s so loud when it spins. It shakes my entire house. But it almost dries the clothes after the spin cycle. So I appreciate that. That’s why it loses a star.

This washer last night decided that it was going to power down mid cycle, but guess what? When it powered down outta nowhere, it also decided to unlock the door and continue to fill the drum with water. That was until the unlocked door couldn't take the pressure and released gallons of water all into my laundry room and hallway. So much water came out, it saturated my walls, damaged our flooring and leaked into my garage (as seen in the pictures). The other pic I posted is of the over 20 towels I used to try to stop the water from flowing into my living room. And of course, it's out of warranty. By far the worst house appliance purchase we have ever made. P.s. Yes, that is cat litter in the picture. I had no other options once we ran out of towels, sheets, bed spreads, etc to soak up the water.

Its very pleasing to the eye. Works well does vibrate but could be a load balance issue. Would recommend it to anyone. BestBuy was just fantastic from sales to installation. .

This is a great washer. Large capacity and the vent system works great to keep the drum dry.

Works very well, after 2 years we had the main board go out, but since we are total tech there was no cost to repair the repair person was awesome and got us fixed up quickly. would buy again

GE has really out done themselves on this washer. From the rubber feet that make the washer impossible to move to the great clean clothes my family and I are very impressed. Setup was a breeze and getting the notifications on your phone about the status of the wash is a great bonus. The amount of wash space compared to our last washer is massive. Overall we are very pleased and look forward to many years of use.

This washer is very quiet and runs cycles fast. The door vent is great So it should never need to be left open. Easy to use

So far so great, loving the features and also how quiet it us compared to my old samsung. My only complaints are that the feet are nearly impossible to adjust as the nuts are tight tight and the wifi connection seems intermittent.

So far washes clothes great. Air vent system work well. For us not noisy. Washes king comforter excellently.
