The product itself is great so far. BUT this is after 3 weeks and 3 different washers. The first one was shorting out the circuit in the laundry room after 30 seconds of running... a week later we got #2 which had a massive dent in the side. Finally got the third washer hooked up, dent free, no shorts. It wasn't fun to deal with though. Lots of time on hold with Best Buy Customer Service. Lots of appointments that fell through or had errors. If I had to do it over I would probably buy from somewhere else but who knows maybe this is just how things are nowadays.

I have had this washer a little over a year now. Needless to say, I absolutely love it! Cleans my boyfriend dirty clothes like a beast and washes my king comforter very well! I am now purchasing the dryer so review on that coming soon!

I bought these washers 2 years ago and the amount of times I've had to wash an item by hand is in the 100s. No matter how many times you wash the item, a smell or stain will not come off, if you actually work outside, get a mold smell etc. Item will not deep clean. Sometimes items come out of washer dry, even with full soak mode on and extra rinse. Point being for the money I spent on these washers, I shouldn't have to constantly wash by hand if I work outside or leave in washer for an extra hour or 2 and it gets a mold smell. A mold smell will not come off unless I use my utility sink to wash clothes first. So basically if the item is not used very much, yes it will I guess clean it. however if you do anything that produces to much sweat, grass smell or any type of strong smell on clothes, no matter what, will not get smell off. however, seems if I wash by hand for 10 minutes in utility sink, smell comes off, meaning it doesn't actually clean clothes. It basically just rinses items off and will fend minor use off. after going thru Samsung and GE for efficient washers, it's clear efficient means it won't use enough force or water to clean your clothes. Instead it is meant as a profit motive to place cheap motors, parts and not make good functioning products. I want the old washer with a spinning middle piece, a heavy duty washer that actually cleans your clothes, actually uses enough water. I've actually had to throw buckets of water in washer as it doesn't even get all soap off most times. I'm done with non efficient profit washers. Give me an old GE, Kenworth or whirlpool washer / dryer. I traded out old washers like 10 years ago, wish I never had done so, worst decision ever. these washer don't work. I've never had to wash any of my clothes by hand, same work, same level of smells and activity, yet my washer no longer can get the job done. Efficient needs to be replaced with doesn't work unless you have a office job, do zero physical activity / lifestyle, meaning you don't work with your hands. Terrible products.

Have had the set for a little over a month and been happy with them. The clothes spin out well and are just barely damp when you pull them out. The detergent auto dispenser is very convenient. Used the fresh vent a couple times. It runs for a very long time, but hoping it keeps the machine cleaner.

I was hesitant about going with a front loading washer due to mold issues we had with our MayTag. But this washer lives up to the reviews. Love the smart functions and venting system. Highly recommend this washer and dryer set.

Choose this model because of features not obtainable in other model and also recieved consistently high ratings. It has not disappointed us. Washes and rinses clothes throughly and it's quiet and completes cycles on time. Also it able to dry itself out when not in use.

Love my new washer. It has all the options I wanted, the 50oz tank for auto-dosing of laundry detergent works great and the clothes always come out clean so I know the right amount of detergent is being used. One less thing to think about works for me. It has a ton of settings and I absolutely love, love, love the color.

I didn't know I could be so happy with a washer! Capacity is a step up from our previous, which means time saved doing laundry, clothes are clean and the ultra fresh vent keeps the washer from smelling musty.

Works great! You can set it to wash from your phone! It also has a one step wash and dry to do a load while you are at work!

Feel like I just stepped out of the Stone Age. It’s quiet, although the spin cycle makes some noise but not as much as the old washer. The vent dries the tub - love it. The wash and dry function takes 8 hrs? It’s a dream !

This washer does a great job cleaning our clothes, but it always rattles and sounds unbalanced. We had the installer come back out and they said it would be better if we didn’t have the pedestal drawer which is too light for such a large and heavy washer. Had I known, i would have picked a different washer.

It worked great for the first couple months and then the motor started making a grinding noise and I couldn’t Do any of the wash cycles at the regular capacity I had to do small loads and GE has taken three months to get the part to fix it and I’m still waiting on the replacement motor

So far we’ve had no issues with this washer. The clothes stay fresh for much longer if left in the washer and it seems to clean thoroughly. I appreciate the notifications reminding me when the wash is done. The only issue we’ve had is that this washer causes water hammer (which I had to research) and our previous didn’t, but that seems to be a common thing so was a simple fix with purchasing water hammer arresters.

My favorite part is the smart dispense. Saves time and guesswork. The color is so nice that I leave my laundry room door open! The only reason that I gave it 4 stars is that it's kind of noisy.

I purchased a **GE washing machine from Best Buy on March 1, 2024**, as part of a **$2,500 washer and dryer set**. I expected this investment to last for years, but **just over a year later, on March 8, 2025, the washing machine stopped working**. Unfortunately, **both Best Buy and GE refuse to honor the warranty because it expired just seven days prior. This is completely unacceptable. When spending this much money on an appliance, there is a reasonable expectation that it will last beyond a year without major issues. The fact that **both the retailer and the manufacturer refuse to stand by their product due to a mere week’s difference is extremely frustrating**. It speaks volumes about the lack of customer support and product reliability. I will not be purchasing appliances from Best Buy or GE again and strongly advise others to consider brands and retailers that prioritize customer satisfaction** over strict technicalities. If you're in the market for a washer, look elsewhere—this experience has been nothing but a headache

This machine is gorgeous in color but also technology. I love the ventilation feature so the machine does not get that moldy smell. Also, the Wi-Fi and app feature is helpful for notifications when the cycles are complete/running out of detergent/etc.

This is my second washer after 4 years of using Amana. Boy I am in love with this product. I love the different washing options it has and the noise level. The smart dispenser just adds up to the ease of adding loads. The warranty is 10 years and it’s a big plus for its price.
