I absolutely love my new GE washing machine. Easy to use appliance.

I want to marry this washer. We had bought another brand only 2 or 3 years ago and it was such a total piece of junk that when it broke down I didn’t even want to have it fixed. This time I looked for consumer reviews, not just buyer reviews and came across this miraculous work of modern machinery. Cycles are fast and efficient, things get SUPER clean, and the venting cycle is nothing short of brilliant. Not a trace of musty odor at all. Have I mentioned how amazing this is?

Purchased this item 6 months ago when my old korean washer gave up after 13 years. I thought I would buy quality and went for the GE even though it was much more expensive than the average in the market. In just six month the motherboard just gave up and we have been without a washing machine for about 2 weeks now, going to coin laundry to do our family of five laundry every week. The warranty work is outsourced and GE doesn't even want to follow up with the repair and they hung up the phone on me when I called. Please do yourself a huge favor and skip this washer. Dont be fooled by the made on USA sales pitch. Buy a way cheaper asian made appliance and replace in 5-10 years. Certainly better than 6 months

Machine works okay but takes forever to smooth out spin until final spin. Can't use wifi should have direct hook up of Ethernet available.

The washer machine is great compared to my 15years old one, the washing cycles are clear and easy to master, and there are a ton of settings to optimize the washing cycle and so far it has working well besides the WIFI. The WIFI connection is really problematic, it loses connection and it is not stable, it loses connection even with a router 6ft away, I had to add and redo the process like 30 times. If you pair with a Drier and want them to communicate via wifi it can be a challenge

Washes well with no residue. The notifications are great when you have a busy day serving as a reminder.

We just upgraded to this from our previous LG front loader. The extra capacity is great, but Smart Dispense is the real deal. We were skeptical, but is us already saving us tons of money a month. We went from buying 4 bottles of Tide a month to one. Our clothes are just as clean and smell great. We will never buy another washer without this.

Washer looks beautiful and was delivered and set up on the date requested. The machine works as described, and although we have only had it for 10 days it has exceeded our expectations.

I'm loving my new washer, it's easy to run. The only thing is we had some balancing problems (ours is stackable) it's working great now with just a little move
