This washer is amazing. Large enough for bedding! Has a lot of cycles. The door venting is great. Have not had any issues with a mildew smell!

So far this is meeting expectations. I have had a Samsung model with the same size and similar features. I like the venting option. It doesn't dry off the washing machine as good as I hoped, but I assume it is because the air that is pulling into the machine needs to be pretty dry (low humidity) to really work effectively. I let the venting system run, then once it says it is complete, I prop the door open anyway. For the cleaning aspect of the washing machine, it is meeting expectations, along with the smart dispense feature. It is very convenient to do multiple loads at a time or over a few days and not have to load the machine with more detergent.

I just love my front loader washer. The clothes are practically dry after the spinning. Love the venting and the light that in the dryer.

Excellent Washer!! Clothes are clean and fresh, the vent option keeps it dry and without the mildew smells and mold clean up in the rubber ring. It’s wonderful. The dark blue is very pretty.

Great washer so far. Although the first 3 deliveries failed because the washers were damaged, the wait was worth it. My clothes actually smell good coming out of the washer-great unit.

This washer is like a spaceship compared to the model it replaced. Unfortunately, I can't give it 5 stars since I haven't been able to get some of the cool features to work, like the app. I'm sure there is some user error with that, but despite several attempts it always times out. Now, that being said, this washer does take care of the most important job of cleaning clothes. The "fancy" features like the venting and auto detergent dispensing are very nice to have, and so far we'd definitely recommend.

This washer is ultra-quiet and very efficient. There are a ton of settings and features. We especially love the auto-dispense. Totally worth the price of admission!

Great washer we love it very quite handes well spins clothes almost dry

I purchased a GE front-load washer and dryer (model GFW850SPNRS for the washer and GFD85ESPNRS for the dryer) from Best Buy in January 2024. The units were installed by Best Buy later that same month. I truly expected that this investment would bring peace of mind and reliable performance for years to come—but unfortunately, this has been one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences I’ve had with any product. Within just two months, the washer began making extremely loud noises during the spin cycle. Something clearly wasn’t right. I contacted Geek Squad and over the next several months, multiple parts were replaced—first the inverter, then the main board. Despite all these service visits, the washer completely broke down after only 13 months of use. Because the original washer was discontinued, we were forced to accept a newer model as a replacement. But this wasn’t a simple exchange—we had to pay the price difference for the new unit and were also told we had to purchase a brand-new Geek Squad protection plan, even though our original plan was still active. On top of that, Best Buy required us to buy new water hoses for the installation, no matter what. We were told we could return them if unused, which we eventually did, but even that part was frustrating and inconvenient. At the same time, our dryer began to fail as well. The display panel stopped functioning correctly and had to be replaced. Even after that repair, we continue to receive error code 29. I’ve called Geek Squad several times, and while they sent technicians, the response was always the same: “everything looks normal.” But nothing about this situation feels normal. I requested a replacement for the dryer, but that was denied. I feel helpless and trapped with a product that continues to malfunction, even after doing everything right. The new washer was installed on April 4, 2025. I followed all the instructions carefully, including running an empty cycle first. When I loaded my first actual load of laundry, the washer immediately started banging loudly again during the spin cycle. I discovered that the machine had not been properly leveled during installation—something that should have been done correctly the first time. At this point, I’m mentally and emotionally drained. I’ve spent hours on the phone, waiting for service visits, dealing with replacements, returning parts, and trying to advocate for basic support. And still, I feel like I’m no closer to a resolution. I’m heartbroken that a major purchase like this could turn into such an overwhelming burden. I don’t feel supported, I don’t feel heard, and I definitely don’t feel like a valued customer. I’m writing this review because I don’t want anyone else to go through what we’ve experienced. This has been a nightmare that continues to this day. I’m sad, disappointed, and completely unsatisfied with the products, the service, and the process from beginning to end.

I love it.... so easy to use... no more measuring, just put the cloths in, shut the door and hit the button..DONE..
