The motherboard was $200 to replace and the bearing wasn’t feasible to replace because the whole tub would need to be replaced. I kept reading that this washer would break down before the 2 year mark and everyone was absolutely correct. Will never purchase another GE item again. I can see why they pulled this washer off the market, probably kept having the same issues repeatedly but instead of doing right be their customers and recalling just let it break down on everyone. Poor quality business.

One nice feature is when the laundry is done and you empty it, it beeps when you close the door and you just push a button and it evaporates the remaining water with the door closed and locked, this helps prevent the smells. Now, I don't have to have the door open to vent it and accidentally hit the door when I go past.
