Buyer Beware. I have owned this machine for almost two years and it has has two major parts completely fail in that time frame. New circuit board $550 to replace. Motor has now failed and fortunately the part is covered by GE, called to order the part and its on back order!! Was told it could be over a month to receive it. $1K worth of repairs just this year for an $800 machine if we do not wait for the back ordered part. Buy literally anything else.

Bought the washing machine in Sept 2023. After researching and reading good reviews, I was sold and give it a shot. Unfortunately, just after 19 months of use, it stopped draining. I inspected the drain filter plug on the bottom which you normally find clogs but its free from clogs. When you run a spin cycle, its just humming and not sucking / draining the water. I am suspecting it could be the drain pump broken. It says 10 year limited warranty in front but it looks like its no longer covered. Too bad I put too much confidence on the brand and decided not to get the extended warranty offered at purchase date. Called geek squad, it cost around $130 just for diagnosis and then who knows how much is the parts and labor. I am just so disappointed that a 1k+ washing machine stops working at less than 2 years. My previous washer gave me 12 years of hassle free then replaced a part and still added 3 years on it. Sigh...

Love the unit, washes the clothes very well. And Spins them to where they're almost dry when they come out. You cannot go wrong buying this washer in my opinion.

The initial delivery of the washer and dryer was not so great. However, when i received more clarification of what i needed to have them installed and a 2nd delivery was scheduled. Thise guys were great. Very helpful and informative. Thanks Charles and Bobby.

Two words - GET IT! I love the two features that this washer has. 1. It has smart dispense which saves you time and the mess! 2. It has an ultrafresh vent that will prevent your front loader from building up mold due to moisture.

This washer is excellent! We had an issue with the first one at delivery, but BestBuy immediately fixed the issue and brought out an exchange unit within a couple days. We absolutely love it and would highly recommend it.

Just the perfect machine. Super convenient detergent supply, if you don’t like to have your load inside for a long period of time, this machine is for you. I’m enjoying the app application and most at all, the venting function so you have a clean washer every time you want.

Love all the features especially Bluetooth connectivity between washer and dryer and ability to connect to Alexa so she tells me when the washer and dryer are finished.

Owned this dryer for three years. In the first few months I had one dryer fin break off. It cannot handle heavy loads, I have had to have service replace three dryer fins when they break during drying of heavy loads. Poor quality in their parts and construction.

I have a large family (7) and our last washer (LG) lasted us 5 years. So far, so good. This washer is heavier and seems to be better built. I look forward to getting my usage out of this one.
