We purchased this machine in April 2020. It just quit, barely two years later. Repairman quoted close to $800 in repairs, just to get it up and going again so that he could determine what was actually wrong, so could have been more. He said it was the second of this exact machine in the last week that he had seen go out. He said he did not reccomend GE appliances any longer, that most of his repair calls were for GE.

I love this color and the fresh vent part. Stays dry.

Absolutely love it. And it’s the perfect height with the pedestal for me not to have to bend over and deal with back pain just to get my laundry done.

This washer is everything you need! It’s absolutely amazing! It has so many different variations of wash cycles to fit your needs, and my favorite part is how quiet it is.

They were able to install the replacement product quickly and identified what was the issue in the past install so it can be avoid during this install.

I bought this washer in Dec. 2023. They could not fix it in a timely manner so I paid under warranty in Dec 2024 over 300.09 to fix it. It won't spin now on Feb 18th 2025! I dont want this anymore!! Anyone? Want to buy a crappy GE WASHER? I want to trade in for a Maytag! Best in the west!

This was a great buy! I love the freshvent system. The ability to fill the detergent ahead of time is so great. This washer checked all my boxes!

Garbage. Main board burned out after less than 2 years. It is a common problem with GE washers. Never going to purchase another GE product.

This washer is the best. The whites come out very bright and the spin cycle is so great that the clothes are almost dry when it is done

bit noise but is so fast. I love use little water. cloth feels dry when comes out. I am really enjoin my GE. replacing a Samsung, witch got broken and once one brakes, rests keep coming.

Wow! I love this washer especially the vent after the wash..it is a beautiful high end product. Talked both of my daughters in law into buying the set. Best I have ever had.

This washer is very efficient with plenty of settings for your laundry. The internal light did go out within a year, however.

The ultra fresh Vent keeps your clothes smelling fresh no musty odors at all! Also keeps the black mold build up on the rim from occurring.

After only 8months the motor needs to be replaced !!! My last washer lasted 10 years and was not a GE !!! To make thinks worse , when i scheduled an appointment the gentleman on the phone claims he ordered a motor due to my description in the problems i was having. Service guy shows up and states no motor was ever ordered!!! Now i have to wait again to have the part arrive and to have the machine serviced. Lesson learned. Stay away from GE !!

I am very impressed whith my new washer & dryer, a little overwhelmed with the monsterrest size, but love them❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We are two weeks in to using this washer. So far, so good. The best feature, by far, is the SmartDispense. The jury is still out with the UltraFresh Vent System but it hasn't molded.

I LOVE this set! I have s Samsung set and the washer is a top loader. I can't reach the bottom of the unit to get stuff out. I will never buy another top loader.

Great washer - compares with other high-end machines. There are numerous, clearly marked cycles taking the guessing of how to pick the best cycle for your needs. The size of this machine is quite large - make sure your laundry area has enough room.
