Hard time getting product. Brand is great. Delivery people not so great but now since I have my product washing away.

Great price point, loaded with features for any family small or large. Make sure to verify location of product before agreeing to purchase as we did not receive ours as promised and had to be rescheduled several times.

This washer is great! Uses the perfect amount of detergent necessary for the weight of the load. I love that it has a light inside so you can clearly see the clothes being washed. I feel so spoiled having this. I just love it!

I love my new front load washer not to mention the ultra fresh vent keeps odor out,which is a big plus...Smart dispense keeps you from having to put laundry detergent in every time you wash

So far so good. We have not had them very long. But we love them so far!

I received two of these washers. The first one came damaged but they left it for me until a replacement came. The second one came and it leaked from the bottom from day one. I returned this one for an LG washer which has been great. This washing machine is made in China so that's where I assume the quality control issues stem from. The Smart Dispense is a nice feature and it does clean well. Just make sure you check for leaks after delivery.

Has many different options for cleaning your clothes. The Sanitize feature does a great job with greasy garments. So much better than our old front loader.

Never buying GE again. 1 year and 11 month the control board fried. Going to need to replace it costing around 400-500 dollars. I am not even a heavy user. I wash my clothes maybe 1 a week.

I bought this washer in December of 2023 and before the end of July 2025 this washer stopped working three different times. I'm an engineer that lives alone and runs two loads a week and I'm the only person that uses this washer. I do not plan on buying anything GE in the future, probably replace this and the dryer I got with something Samsung as their appliances haven't given me any issues in the years I've had them.

After attempting to wash my clothes 5 times without seeing them get cleaned I decided to watch the cycle with the light one. To my amazement, your product doesn’t keep water in the cycle while it cleans. The water comes in initially while it is drained out, then just tumbles around for the rest of the wash cycle. Clothes need to splash in water to get cleaned; they cannot tumble on themselves and expect to be washed. I’m so disappointed in your product that I’ve decided to take the return cost as a loss to get rid of them.
