Tore up our floor & walls!

The overall appearance of it is nice. However, we started our first load and it shook our entire house. Tried a smaller load, same thing. Tried no load and same thing. It tore up our floor completely and put marks all over our wall (literally just testing it out those 3 times). We called to see if there was something we could do to fix it. The answer was no, and told us that shouldn’t happen. Giving three stars instead of one because customer service took great care of us and will be sending us a new one to replace the broken one. My review will be updated if it’s an actual working washer!

Much bigger than my old machine (LG washer/dryer combo). Clothes wash quickly and they’re not soaked. Drains the water great!
