We were real happy with the washer until it started having problems right after the warranty gave out. Over 30 min wait time just to find a repair service. Just goes to show that even once highly reputable names are being bitten by the cheap parts/labor bug.

Does an amazing job cleaning. Love the automatic dispenser. Best part is the sanitizing setting.

I received two of these washers. The first one came damaged but they left it for me until a replacement came. The second one came and it leaked from the bottom from day one. I returned this one for an LG washer which has been great. This washing machine is made in China so that's where I assume the quality control issues stem from. The Smart Dispense is a nice feature and it does clean well. Just make sure you check for leaks after delivery.

Has many different options for cleaning your clothes. The Sanitize feature does a great job with greasy garments. So much better than our old front loader.

This washer lives up to its expectations. Looks great in the laundry room.

We bought this washer thinking we were going to love it! The overall appearance of it is nice. However, we started our first load and it shook our entire house. Tried a smaller load, same thing. Tried no load and same thing. It tore up our floor completely and put marks all over our wall (literally just testing it out those 3 times). We called to see if there was something we could do to fix it. The answer was no, and told us that shouldn’t happen. Giving three stars instead of one because customer service took great care of us and will be sending us a new one to replace the broken one. My review will be updated if it’s an actual working washer!

Bought this washer and dryer and loved it until it was paid for and within two months of being out of warranty the washer quit working. After doing some research thought it was the mother board. Replaced that and worked for a month and back to doing the same thing.

Have had for about a month with only one minor issue.

So far so good. We have not had them very long. But we love them so far!

GE washes well and I love the color. Like the options it offers. It’s louder than I expected from a new machine. All in all I am satisfied with it.

We’ve had the washer and dryer set for about two weeks. So far so good. Love the set and forget detergent compartment. Only complain is it’s a little loud.

After attempting to wash my clothes 5 times without seeing them get cleaned I decided to watch the cycle with the light one. To my amazement, your product doesn’t keep water in the cycle while it cleans. The water comes in initially while it is drained out, then just tumbles around for the rest of the wash cycle. Clothes need to splash in water to get cleaned; they cannot tumble on themselves and expect to be washed. I’m so disappointed in your product that I’ve decided to take the return cost as a loss to get rid of them.

So far so good. Many options and still have not done the wifi system yet.

We haven’t had it long (less than a month) but so far it’s been great. No stench from the rubber part and it’s quieter than our old Samsung. The only reason I can’t give it five stars is that it’s so new, it’s still in the probationary period. If it makes it past three months with no issues, I’ll consider it a solid hire.
