Replaced my 12 yr. old washer with this one and so happy we did. My favorite feature is the soap dispenser. You can manually add soap, even if the reservoir is full (e.g., woolite, scented soap, etc.)

When delivered there was a big dent going down the side and there was noises as if parts was loose. It started up, water went in but did not drain. A 50 minute cycle turned into 2 hours and because the water didn’t drain out clothes was still soaked. Called Best Buy to take this piece of junk back.

The large capacity means i am free from doing laundry on a constant basis and the clothes actually come out clean. My last washer was a high efficiency top loader and it half cleaned your clothes at best. After researching i am confident that i have purchased one of the best washing machines available for home use.

The washer holds a small jug of detergent inside the dispenser too! Big plus is the air vents in the door… and the Microban technology… which equals NO mold and mildew stinking up your front load washer and clothes.

INCREDIBLY Quiet

It does everything a washer is suppose to do, like clean your clothes and various temperatures. The wash/dry single cycle is kind a joke considering it takes 8 hours. Other than that, the buttons/knobs are intuitive, it looks good, and its quiet :)
