Ive never had to wash items two or three times to get then clean until this machine. Does not use enough water and doesnt wet loads entirely. No chance of washing a blanket once -- too many folds. High capacity is a joke as the water barely gets a small load wet enough, cannot choose water capacity either. There is no little pool of water at the bottom like you see at the laundromat -- just sort of wets the clothes then tumbles then around. The water jet is so frustratingly tiny and weak - it doesnt shoot very far so i dont know how a little dribble if water is rinsing the clothes well either. I used the washer about ten times and the light already started flickering. Worst appliance purchase of my life. This machine has one job and it cant even do that.

Very impressed with the sale and service of Best Buy, however, the set itself is still questionable. We have to dry the loads multiple times … just not what I expected. Maybe they’ll get better with usage.

Great machine. Great install. Tech was so nice going above and beyond coming back to fix a minor install issue.

So far so good! Couldn't get parts for our kenmore anymore!

So far it's a great unit. Next test is longevity. The microfiber inside to where you can vent after each wash is amazing.

Second unit purchased, first one wasn't fixable due to parts shortages. now this one is starting to do the same thing. It just randomly powers up. The old one did the same thing then it finally died completely. Returning this one. Now we are stuck with a miss matching dryer.

The difference in price is well worth it. The clothes are finished in less time and smell great.

This unit sporadically won’t complete the cycle. Not pattern, can’t figure out why it’s doing that. Decided to return the unit rather than getting this unit fixed. Trying to get a sporadic problem fix is just a recipe for disaster!

So far, it's ok just ok, Noisy is an understatement and the cycles are too closely matched which, doesn't really save any time washing.

I did not like that i couldn't add more water if i wanted or when i thought it needed more.

Bought this in February 2022 and had delivery in May 2022. Washer worked well for the first year or so and then the anti microbial drying cycle stopped working properly and washer always smelled like mold. September 2024 the washer would no longer even power on. Had a service call and the entire control panel needs replacing at a cost of $800 with parts and labor. Technician said he sees this all the time with these machines. It’s been a month of no working washer as the part is also on back order and the machine cannot be fixed until the part arrives. Would not purchase or recommend.
