I like the auto dispense and the app with notification. Unfortunately, its making water pipe hammer sound like it will burst. I went to BB store and was able to replaced with different brand; and no water hammer sound.

WIFI will not connect. Smart dispense never has my clothes smelling clean even though technician says they fixed it, it is so loud it sounds like a jet engine taking off and now less than 2 years it will not work at all and they really have no idea why. Ordered a bunch of parts to try and was told they would be back March 8 to fix. Now that has extended to April 8. So I have to be without a washing machine, spend $ everyday and be inconvenienced to go to a laundry mat after spending over $1000 on something not even covered by warranty.

Best buy is the worst to buy any appliance from. I paid for Geek Squad, now it has been a year and the power does not go on. They won't fix it because the roaches went in there. I think that is natural cause.

The part cost about $170 and the technician charged me $140 just to take a look at the washer machine. I expected better quality for a new appliance.
