The washer I could’ve bought......................

We upgraded from an old GE. Love the soap dispenser!

Very loud machine. I would strongly urge DO NOT BUY THE 3 or 5 BEST BUY WARRANTY. It’s a waste of your money. They will give you the run around and they just send you to manufacture.

very nice machine but the tub stability sensors fail too much

Terrible. Bought this February 20, 2023. The motherboard has blown and the cost to fix is over $400. Wouldn’t ever recommend.

We purchased this washer specifically because of the Microban and air dry feature of the drum with the front door closed. Lots of front load washers get mold due to water and humidity being trapped with the door closed. This washer has a feature to draw in air and periodically roll the drum to help keep the drum dry and mold free.

After using for only 5 months, water began to pool in the back. At first, I thought it was something I did. Then after about 5 more loads, realized it wasn't me but the washer. Most recently, we had to run the separate spin cycle 3 times just to get the water to drain just enough for me to put them in the dryer without water dripping everywhere. Called Geek Squad only to find out a replacement part is needed before they looked at it. It makes no sense to me that BB knows they are selling defective products and doesn't even alert the consumer that there is an issue.

Large and looks fancy. Love it! We used it side by side for a bit, then remodeled. We now have them stacked in our kitchen to look like their built in. Wonderful

Wife seems to love it. Just got it about two weeks ago and she's still learning about it, but so far, so good.

If you want a machine that uses water then this machine ISN’T for you, it hardly uses any water, it only saturated the clothes. I washed 5 loads of laundry and none of them came out clean, I had to rewash everything 2-3 times and it still didn’t get the deodorant smell off of arm pits. My daughters twin size blanket which had a fresh stain on it didn’t get clean and the stain wasn’t removed, I had to take it to the laundry mat and use their machines that actually use water. How much water and energy is saved when you have to rewash everything multiple times to try get clean? Please give us more water in these washers! This machine arrived scratched so Best Buy had ordered me a replacement but since I wasn’t satisfied with how this machine cleaned the clothes everything was returned. I am satisfied with Best Buy but not this machine.

warranty, but that only covers the washer drum. Everything else is not covered. Tried calling GE to see if there was anything they could do since it breaking wasn’t user related, it was the washer itself. Terrible customer service and there was nothing they can do.

Great product, was not sure coming from a Samsung washer, overall great and does the job. Just wished it was a bit bigger

This is a beautiful washer! The reviews were phenomenal. Unfortunately, I moved into a brand new home and this kept tripping my GFI outlet. The electricians who wired my home said this washer pulls so much power I would need an expensive rewiring for this to work in my home. I ended up returning for an LG washer/dryer set. But I was excited about this washer’s ultravent system

This is an awesome machine! The load capacity is enormous! Laundry day has been literally cut in half. Extremely excited about purchasing this machine.

This washer does the best job of cleaning my clothes of any front loader I have experience with. And the odor eliminating vent system works as advertised.

Unit stopped working in a year. When I called GE, they said it is an issue with this model.
