Bought the first week of November, after 4 days the washer started throwing error codes. We have had GE Appliances out, found the water line was damaged during installed, filed an insurance claim with Best Buy, had a plumber out to fix, and the washer still doesn't work on many cycles like Sanitary. For owning this for a month, it's been awful.

It uses so very little water that clothes come out partially dry and it is not from spinning but from not getting wet. There are models that allow you to choose extra water. Be sure thats the one you buy. Unfortunately mine does not have that option, so I have to pause, open the door and manually add water with the bucket....the biggest pain in the neck. I would not recommend this machine.

It is extremely noisy, even with small loads. The automatic laundry dispenser is no longer working, and I've only owned the unit for 10 months. Please go with a different brand. The design/bells & whistles drew me in, but sadly I'm already in need of a repair.

It didn't matter if it was one small item or a few. So I had to undo the outlet at the bottom and let the water out manually. Now I have to do this every other day, and the gasket is going out.
