I washed clothes beautifully until now. The design of the stainless steel tub is poor. There are a bunch of tiny holes and after a couple of years is acting like a cheese grater and tearing up my clothes. Very poor design.

Started leaking. Got another one, which leaked as well-so Best Buy replaced it with a new one in December of last year. THIS ONE is leaking as well-need to file a claim as it has not even been a year. DO NOT BUY.

We had it just over two years and it stopped working. Replaced the parts shown in error codes nothing. Called repair service and the tech suggested we change more parts even though he wasn’t sure what the problem was. GE also isn’t helpful.

In a world moving on from 5G towards better services WHY ON EARTH would you use boards that require 2G and DO NOT WORK with 5G! My opinion is if they went cheap on that what else do I need to worry about? I did my homework and didn't hear anything about the WIFI issues and it upsets me knowing they had the option to put in electronics that would work and choose to save a dollar at the consumers expense....This washer/dryer set will be the last G.E. product I purchase in my lifetime.

I can’t believe I am being asked to review this item. I purchased this item and waited a couple of weeks for it to be delivered, only to learn that it was no longer available through Best and that I had to choose a different dryer. Very disappointing.

It arrived the day it was supposed to. It was late in the delivery time but they were very professional. They installed everything and we have been very pleased with the efficiency and professionalism.

I got them installed but didn't move into the house until a month later so I didn't use them until after I moved in and my washer trips the GFIC Circuit when the door lock auto locks. I cannot use my washer and I cannot return it because it has been over a month. So now I have to wait for GE to come out and check it out. I tried in on another plug and same thing. Only I can buy a brand new really expensive washer and it not work for even one wash.

I have to leave the door open. I quit buying front load machines because of this, but gave it another shot when I saw this one with UltraFresh Vent. I don't think the automatic dispenser puts out enough detergent either. Definitely NOT worth the price.

Best feature is the Ultra Vent - keeps washer smelling fresh, unlike my past 2 front loaders. Also, the auto dispenser is amazing - hope some day they make one with a fabric softener dispenser too
