I love the smart despense laundry soap option. I just wish they would have added it for the fabric softner as well. Great features to choose for different types of laundry. I havent used the wifi yet so I can't speak to its ease of use.

My previous front loader was the Samsung with silvercare and I was so in love with that washer I thought I would never be happy with another. So these are the pros and cons that stand out after 3 years. Pro-1. Washes great. Even better than my last front loader. 2.Lets me know when wash is done via app on my phone. ( helpful if you have stairs) 3.Rinses clothes so effectively I never have to use the extra rinse cycle for sensitive skin 4.Wash and dry in one capability is great if you remember at night you have no uniforms for the next day. I only use for a very small load or 1 outfit but not waiting up to put in dryer is priceless. Laundry is ready to wear when you get up in the morning. 5.Vent keeps washer fresh. And seems to reduce pet hair in drum after washing pet bedding ( more on that in con list) Con- 1.If you have pets, more pet hair is in the drum and around the seal than in my last unit. Last unit it just seemed to gather in a clump and easy to get rid of. Running the Vent after seems to help somewhat but still am wiping out more hair than I used to. ( I also have a dog that sheds more than usual) 2.THIS MAY BE ALL NEWER WASHERS- but the valves for the water slam on and off very quickly when filling so had to install mini-arresters between washer and hoses to not hear the water hammer in my pipes. 3.The LED light to light up the drum stopped working recently but I do have extended warranty through Best Buy and they are going to replace it (many don't have this feature at all, including my last unit ) 4.If you are picking up and putting in yourself it is the heaviest washer I have encountered. It is a solid machine but extremely heavy. Since we were in the height of appliance shortages due to covid at the time I purchased I had to pick up an hour away and forgo delivery to get this unit in a reasonable amount of time. Took 3 people to get it off the truck and in on appliance dolly when old one took 1 person. So I recommend delivery. All in all, I am super happy with the washer. It cleans wonderfully. My clothes come out great. Even better than my beloved last front loader. If I had to do it again I would get the same unit.
