It makes way too much noise Had to buy extra parts just to stop it from moving around the whole laundry room

I wash at least a load of clothes or linens a day. I’m old fashioned and love a washer with an agitator because all my other “fancy” washers I’ve purchased in the past were awful. This is my first front load and boy, I’ll never buy a different type. Gets my clothes, comforters, etc CLEAN AF. It’s big though so definitely measure out .

GE washer is not good product. Continues to fault circuit breaker.

I've had these about three weeks, and I love them. The app hooked up easily, and I love the way the dryer and washer talk to each other. They are quiet and smooth. Will revise this in a year to review longevity.

This is a great washing machine! Works great, very efficient wash, and big enough for the loads we are used to washing.

Went to use it for the first time and could hear the angels singing. I have used it for several months now and still humming the tune that the angels were singing! My wife treats it like a refurbished 63 Corvette (worry's about scratches and the water spots...)

Fresh vent feature does nothing to prevent odor or mildew. Machine completely quit after three years. Will not spin. 10 year warranty only covers the motor and the motor is not the issue. Replaced the pump as part of troubleshooting and it still doesnt work. Next suggestion is to replace two main boards for $400. Based on past performance and cost of replacement parts, its more efficient to replace the machine. Will not buy GE again.

So far I'm in love with the washer. I'm still waiting on the matching dryer though. It's so quiet and I like the smart dispense feature.

Absolutely love my new washer! I have used most features and thy work perfectly. I am surprised at how quickly it washes a full load. It is big and we purchased the matching pedestal to raise it up another 14 inches.

Do not waste your money! Absolute garbage. We have had this washer for less than 2 years and having to replace it. The motor has failed. It has not worked for over six months while we wait for a repair guy to show up then wait for parts. Now we are being told we have to wait another two months for a motor. This washer is great when it works. The vent system is terrific and works. Unfortunately, it has not worked enough. Way too much money to die after a year and a half. Check out another brand.

I love the color of this dryer, but the clothes don't come out clean. I find myself washing them with the more setting on the auto disperse for the laundry detergent, then adding a couple of pods to each load. When the Geek Squad was out they leveled the empty washer, but when we use any of the higher spin speeds the washer rocks and is out of balance. We are in the process of returning this washer, I don't feel its a good quality for the price paid.

I just don’t feel that the washer is using enough water to properly clean the clothes. Sometime the clothes come out with the same dirt they went into the machine with. I have tried different settings and previously I had Maytag front load machines which I believe had a better method of cleaning.

So many features sold me on this washer 2 years ago. For the first year this washer worked great, we kept it clean and didn’t maximize loads as we were hoping to get at least 10 years out of this washer. Unfortunately Christmas Eve is when everything went down hill and of course it would happen when you have family in town. Started a load of towels and it Stopped mid cycle : Our first repair needed - pump assembly and main control board. Once completed the repair guy started an empty load and the cycle couldn’t even get started when error code popped up. Second repair you guessed it main control board and drain pump as apparently that went out as well. We thought at this point we were free and clear from any more repairs for 2023. Nope 2 months later the motor went out. A year and a half old and the motor went out, again we don’t use the washer every day and we keep loads at a reasonable size. At this point all major repairs have been addressed .. you would think. Here we are 90 days later and had the same repair guy come out that has been out multiple times prior and he just informed us we need a new main control board. I reached out to GE directly to see if this model had any recalls and to explain this has to be a lemon as I would like to file a lemon claim. I was basically told to go kick rocks since my 1 year warranty expired already. ~ Please keep this in mind ~ 10000% invest in a extended warranty or insurance if you end up purchasing.

This machine is the second time we purchased. After moving into a new home - cannot think of a better system.

Can wash a ton of clothes per load. Very impressed so far
