Love that we have Best Buy Total Care which I recommend you purchase for the added warranty, installation, pick up and swap out service w/in 60 days should you not like the product. We purchased a top load which we than swapped out for the same top loader w/out the agitator and then hated that machine due to it leaving lint on our clothes and purchased this machine...

It’s quite and does a great job of cleaning my clothes. Clothes are not as tangled as that last front loader I had.

We have save so much money on soap. Love the one step dry. It is not intended to dry large or heavy loads, but If I cant get to it right away it will begin the drying process preventing the clothes from getting stinky. Also love the blue tooth letting me know when the cycle is done and a thrity min reminder

Already noticed things coming out cleaner and now we have enough room for the comforter and with the venting built in, its fantastic. Plus it measures out water use and does other futuristic things like metering out detergent. My washing machine has more buttons than my phone. Not sure how I feel about that.

The microban and self-cleaning process is easy and keeps it from building up any mildew or mold. It saves you money with the auto-detergent dispenser; you aren't pouring too much detergent in. A bottle lasts twice as long. This holds a huge amount of laundry. The one thing to be careful of is that this is larger than many machines, so be sure to measure the space in your laundry room first.
