It's everything I expected and more. Washing clothes has never been a easy task, but now with the Front load and on a pedestal, and with the large capacity, washing is now a quick and easy task. Wow. Awesome. Ready for the next load! It makes washing clothes a breeze and an easy task with our disabilities. (No bending or reaching-WOW.)

Washer works phenomenally! The washer runs smooth and is super quiet!

This washer last night decided that it was going to power down mid cycle, but guess what? When it powered down outta nowhere, it also decided to unlock the door and continue to fill the drum with water. That was until the unlocked door couldn't take the pressure and released gallons of water all into my laundry room and hallway. So much water came out, it saturated my walls, damaged our flooring and leaked into my garage (as seen in the pictures). The other pic I posted is of the over 20 towels I used to try to stop the water from flowing into my living room. And of course, it's out of warranty. By far the worst house appliance purchase we have ever made. P.s. Yes, that is cat litter in the picture. I had no other options once we ran out of towels, sheets, bed spreads, etc to soak up the water.

Love this washing machine. It gets the clothes VERY clean. I did not know how worn out my old washer was until I got this one. The automatic detergent dispenser is very handy!

Easy to operate, works great! We looked around and settled on the GE and have had zero regrets.

We've only had the washer for less than two weeks. The first washer delivered had a faulty power button, but received a replacement within two weeks. Would possibly give 5 stars, but haven't had long enough to know if reliable. Time will tell whether the machine develops an odor/mold which has been inherent of front washers. Hope the 'venting' option eliminates this problem. It is fairly quiet, the clothes are getting clean and love all of the options!

Haven't had it very long but wow. In this case newer is better. Already noticed things coming out cleaner and now we have enough room for the comforter and with the venting built in, its fantastic. Plus it measures out water use and does other futuristic things like metering out detergent. My washing machine has more buttons than my phone. Not sure how I feel about that.

I love this washing machine. It's everything you need. The microban and self-cleaning process is easy and keeps it from building up any mildew or mold. It saves you money with the auto-detergent dispenser; you aren't pouring too much detergent in. A bottle lasts twice as long. This holds a huge amount of laundry. The one thing to be careful of is that this is larger than many machines, so be sure to measure the space in your laundry room first.

Easy installation and user-friendly. Dose a great job on towels.

We love the automatic detergent despenser. We have save so much money on soap. Love the one step dry. It is not intended to dry large or heavy loads, but If I cant get to it right away it will begin the drying process preventing the clothes from getting stinky. Also love the blue tooth letting me know when the cycle is done and a thrity min reminder

It's tough to rate this washer because the installation was botched. The rear pedestal is not fully attached because there's nothing to screw the rear brackets into, because Best Buy's installation crew failed to properly attach the pedestal to the appliance. The washer vibrates quite a bit when spinning and isn't quiet. I do have to play around with trying to get it more level - it's close though and still has the noise and vibration issue. The features are nice, and it seems to work well and clean the clothes, which is the most important thing. I did reverse the door, and the included lockbar snapped during that process - I was then without a washer for a week and had to have replacement parts sent from GE. For these headaches, it's a bit overpriced.

I bought the set. Washer and dryer. They are really good on the washing and even better on the drying. Both machines do the job for you.
