Love this washer! So many great features! The Smart Dispense feature is very convenient and number of settings is very handy. And I love the sapphire blue color.

Works great. I have to vent to keep smelling fresh. My only complaint is the venting takes forever. I really love the smart ship tide. I have saved so much money on detergent alone. I get 2 bottles at a time and it has only shipped 3 times in well 3 years. So $30 a yr on detergent is a win win. It smells great and cleans well. Love that u can adjust amount needed as well. App is easy to use.

Washer is awesome. Looks great and cleans better than any I have ever used. Wi-Fi is surprisingly useful. It’s also quiet and built very well.

So far the washing machine has performed as advertised with no issues. It is reasonably quiet and certainly cleans better than our old washing machine

You don't buy many of these in your lifetime, but hands down this is the best own we've ever owned.... mostly because of how quiet it is. It does everything a washer is suppose to do, like clean your clothes and various temperatures. The wash/dry single cycle is kind a joke considering it takes 8 hours. Other than that, the buttons/knobs are intuitive, it looks good, and its quiet :)

Excellent fast and dependable washer. Great features and performance.

Machine is big and can wash huge loads - the problem is that it cannot squeeze the water out with huge loads. Washed two velux blankets, I had to manually squeeze them out and toss in dryer 4 times. Washed a bunch of clothes along with 4 towels, machine can't squeeze the water out. Squeezed the towels toss them back in with spin function, still fails. Took towels completely out, still fails. 13 minutes to spin function is now restarting for the 3rd time and then the machine will stop. Next step is that I will have to hand squeeze the clothes and toss em in the dryer for 3 to 4 times to get them dry. Needless to say, I started my return already with Best Buy. Forgot to mention ... annoying noise when machine spins.... almost sound like a high tide alarm..just a few decibels less.

We had our washer professionally delivered and installed on April 2,2022. Until now, no problems at all. It’s runs quiet than our previous washer. After the last load of the day, press the vent cycle, pull the dispenser out to dry, and when the vent cycle is done open the washer door to air dry. Also, drain out the lint catch at the bottom corner. Have a baking sheet of some sort and paper towels to catch the water, when unscrewing the lint catch.

Despite the price being higher than many others and the almost impossible Wifi registration process to get one year of Tide, This washer is one an ordinary person can not live without. Your stinky dirty clothes will thank you. You should expect no rebates from GE since they know this is one of the most excellent washers ever. Heck, even Captain America would like this washer.

I really love this washer. It holds a lot of clothes and everything comes out super clean. I also really love that it connects to an app that lets me know when the clothes are 5 minutes from being done, when the cycle finishes, and when the damp clothes have been sitting in the washer for 30 minutes. The smart dispense is also nice so I don't have to pull the detergent out every time. Prevents sticky residue buildup on the bottle of detergent.

Pretty much the best washer you can buy. The auto dispense. The WiFi. The disinfectant mode. All amazing. The downsides.. the WiFi sucks to connect Initially. As a network engineer it still took me 20min to get it working. But once it’s connected youre golden. Secondly it’s so loud when it spins. It shakes my entire house. But it almost dries the clothes after the spin cycle. So I appreciate that. That’s why it loses a star.
