Silent, effective, great washer. So far great improvement compared to the old one we had!

I love the washer and thr venting. No modly clothes. Although you have to physically run the self venting feature. When its empty. The smart dispense works great and using washer link on thr dryer is cool. Now, the smart features arent really there yet. I do like linking it to Alexa to be notified when a cycle is finished. But was really hoping to be able to start a cycle or the self venting feature from phone which you cant do unless you start a cycle on delay then tell it to start. Not a deal breaker was just a bit of a let down.

Our washer broke down suddenly and we needed a fast replacement so this GE one was it due to the fact it was available and could be delivered ASAP during Christmas Week! We love the large capacity and the quality of GE Brand. Kevin and Kevin at Best Buy Cerritos are amazing with their service and assistance!

Although we ran into a ridiculous amount of trouble getting everything installed correctly, I do love this washer itself. It has great capacity and cleans well. The venting feature is a nice touch ... I previously had to leave my washer door open until everything dried out but this vent takes care of that without a worry of mold or mildew growing inside.

This has proven to be an excellent purchase. The washer is very easy to use and works great.

had lg front loader before. this unit much more efficient and easy to use. ultra fresh function great for no mold.

Love this washing machine! The built in detergent dispenser is a wonderful thing especially when you have teenagers doing laundry. Vince the appliance specialist at the Fort Collins, CO store is absolutely wonderful.

I absolutely love my new washing machine! Does a great job with our clothes and love the tank for detergent.

Worth every penny! I have a baby on the way and my favorite feature is being able to utilize the auto dispense feature when I was her clothes and still being able to use pods for mine and my husbands clothes. Also, this washer does well with washing our dog beds and it's nice that you can vent the washer after you're finished with laundry so you're not stuck with that musty smell.

I love the color of the front load washer. The vent system is an added feature that will be great. The washer was delivered today so have not had a chance to use it yet. We bought both washer and dryer plus the pedestals for a home we had a contract on, however, contract was terminated so we have not been able to use the. The units were sent from the factory so it took longer to get them delivered.

Great Washer. Cleans well and will save me on detergent (and the environment) with the auto dispense. The Wash and Dry in one cycle works. But it doesn't seem to use heat so it takes a long time. like overnight, I could wear the clothes afterwards but about 2 minutes in the real dryer helped make the clammy feeling go away. I washed a shirt and pair of shorts.

This machine gets my clothes so clean. I was astonished after the first load and realized how sub par the replaced machine was. THIS one is fantastic. Easy to use with many options for washes on the dial.

Bought brand new and it was installed on 11/19/22. Less than 2 months later on 1/6/23, it’s basically a nice looking useless piece of trash in my laundry room. Very frustrating. Only bright spot is it’s still under warranty, but will be waiting several weeks for repairman to diagnose, order and install parts. Who can go several weeks without a washing machine?!? As for specifics of what went wrong… Monday 1/2/23, the venting system started messing up. It would say it was venting while a cycle was running. Once load was finished, I tried running the venting system, but nothing happened. Unplugged for couple minutes and it went back to normal On Wednesday 1/4/23, I had a sweater on delicate cycle but it wouldn’t spin & drain water. I had to physically wring out the sweater and it took the spin cycle several sessions to finally spin the darn thing…chalked it up to unbalanced load, even though it washed a similar sweater the week prior with no issue. Friday 1/6/23 I was able to do several loads that I do on a weekly basis consisting of my king size sheets, comforter and 1 blanket with no issue, however it completely gave out on a blanket THAT I’VE WASHED WEEKLY FOR YEARS. I thought maybe it was a weird unbalanced thing again, although this blanket has never caused issue in the past 5 years of weekly wash. Nope…the washer will now only run for 3 minutes, all while humming and barely spinning, then it says that cycle is complete. I ran a diagnostic test on it and #’s 26, 3, 38 & 27 were the issues. I know out of balance, but I also believe it’s a motherboard issue. Basically, here I am now, $1200 later, washing my dirty clothes by hand as if I’m on a camping trip or living off the grid…not fun, especially in the winter… So if you’re reading this, don’t get this beautiful hunk of junk. I bought the dryer of the set back in the summer, and so far, knock on wood, it’s been a rock star. The washer, I’m afraid, is a lemon. *fingers crossed, and saying a prayer that in a few weeks, all will return to normal and I’ll go back to loving the washer as well, but my hopes are not very high of that happening*
