The machines are great so far. The design is of the machine is really cool. Going from having to wash at a laundromat to being able to do laundry at home has been a relief. The space is also very ample in this washer. Giving it 4 stars because I haven’t been able to connect the phone app to the machines

I love this washing machine. It's everything you need. The microban and self-cleaning process is easy and keeps it from building up any mildew or mold. It saves you money with the auto-detergent dispenser; you aren't pouring too much detergent in. A bottle lasts twice as long. This holds a huge amount of laundry. The one thing to be careful of is that this is larger than many machines, so be sure to measure the space in your laundry room first.

Family is loving this washing machine. But then we come from an old school top loaded agitator. The power clean sanitize feature - it works - it got the odd smell out of all our bath towels that has lingered in the towels no matter how hot we washed them or how long. It's large size even worked great to wash our down feather king size feathers. Something we wouldn't think of doing before this washer. The auto dispenser is nice, saves time not having to reach for the detergent, measure it, pour it. A few minutes here adds up. We don't use the vent system but occasionally as that feature runs for a long long time. I don't like spending electricity for that. This model has the wash and dry feature - I tried it once out of curiosity. I didn't make it through to completion in trying it. I was quick to reach an opinion of that feature is the stupidest idea and I can't believe in the 21st century they could have an idea as ludicrous as this. Maybe if Coca-Cola decides to sell empty 2 liter bottles and brand it as Zero Coke, then GE would have some competition for worst idea. You see the machine has a timer. It tells you how long a cycle will run and it counts down to completion. How long did it tell me it would take to dry my small clothes load test? 13 hours. Hmmm... 13 hours or 30 minutes in our clothes dryer? Obviously I took the latter decision and so my test of Wash/Dry ended. Hopefully that idea GE puts in the trash heap of bad ideas.

I've only had this for 2 weeks, but I love it!! I was concerned that the SmartDispense would use too much soap. It does not! I've done at least 20 loads and it's is just now telling me that I have 5-7 loads left with the amount of detergent left in the reservoir! My clothes come out cleaner than my last washer, which was a top load without the agitator. My clothes come out with very little water in them, which takes less drying time. I use the UltraFresh Vent System after my Last load, to dry out the tub and gasket, it works really well. The display shows where it is in the cycle (wash, rinse, spin), so I know if I can add clothes or not. (My last one didn't show that). I cannot say enough about this washer! I also like the color. It is a deep, rich, metallic color - Diamond Gray. I can't wait to purchase the dryer!

I went from A GE front loader purchased in 1999 to this model. It is amazing. Clothes are cleaner and towels are softer. The phone alerts when wash is done in 5 minutes and wash is complete are very nice. The light comes on inside the washer, even during wash cycles is a very nice feature. The auto detergent dispenser is also very nice. I have no buyers remorse, I would buy again. I got the washer and dryer combo during a sale.

Love the washer. Love the Sapphire blue color. Fits a ton of clothes. Love the auto dispense features. can't go wrong there.

Machine is big and can wash huge loads - the problem is that it cannot squeeze the water out with huge loads. Washed two velux blankets, I had to manually squeeze them out and toss in dryer 4 times. Washed a bunch of clothes along with 4 towels, machine can't squeeze the water out. Squeezed the towels toss them back in with spin function, still fails. Took towels completely out, still fails. 13 minutes to spin function is now restarting for the 3rd time and then the machine will stop. Next step is that I will have to hand squeeze the clothes and toss em in the dryer for 3 to 4 times to get them dry. Needless to say, I started my return already with Best Buy. Forgot to mention ... annoying noise when machine spins.... almost sound like a high tide alarm..just a few decibels less.

I love the washer, itself. It is an amazing machine with amazing features. I also have the matching dryer for the complete set. Best Buy's delivery service, however, was a 2 week nightmare, and is the only reason I don't give 5 stars. I won't go into the details of the terrible delivery policy Best Buy follows via their 3rd party service; however, I will at least suggest this - make SURE the delivery guys give you your LOCK BAR for the washer(they will absolutely throw it away), otherwise, you'll have a hard time reversing the swing doors(if needed).

Absolutely amazing. I am kicking myself for not buying this sooner. It was well worth the month and a half we had to wait for them to arrive. We've had them about a month, and washed dog beds, our beds, including a comforter that never seemed to get clean no matter how many times it was washed, it always had water stains and such. It has really been a life saver. The steam function, and the sanitize setting has made all the difference.

We are on year 2 with our washer and it's still going strong! We do a lot of washing every day because we have two disable boys who need fresh blankets and clothes each day. We sought out a big enough washer for big loads and this washer has been perfect! No issues at all. I will also like the mention that I love the auto dispense feature and that it tells you how many loads are left so you know when to refill. This feature saves us a lot of time, so we do not have to worry about refilling every time, especially since we wash about 3-4 loads a day. If you are in the market for a washer that will do the job, this is a washer for you! Perfect for big families! 10/10 recommend.

We love this machine so far, only one month. It cleans very well and can hold a lot more laundry compared to my previous LG. The auto dispense detergent function is great as well. The only con for someone might be that it can be semi noisy during spin if they have to have it centrally located in the open.

We are enjoying this washer it is easy to use , a nice color and it does a good job.

Wonderful units! So quiet. The blue is even more striking at home. It’s textured and kiddos(messy teen) greasy grim isn’t even visible. Haven’t used the auto dispenser for liquid detergent as I have a stock of pods but I certainly will. I couldn’t say enough good things about the install and the units 1000% happy!

We just got our washer and dryer installed recently, but we LOVE it so far. Love the fact we can put 50oz of detergent in at one time and it will automatically use how much it needs. We no longer have to do what seemed like 5 loads of laundry a day, we can do 2 loads a week because of how big this is, and for a family of 5, that is a time saver. The color is a sexy sapphire blue and it looks so great in our laundry room.

This is a huge step up from my old washer that was at least 15 years old. It washes so much better and I love the function of the sanitize option and the auto load detergent. I only wish that it had an auto load for the softener! It is easy to use the biggest thing i have trouble with is cleaning the blue plastic piece in between the door and drum it catches everything and the rubbery material does not make it easy to remove. I do like the light in the washer and the notifications to tell me when the laundry is done. such a help in a busy house! I also like the ventilation button as i can vent the machine without the necessity to keep the door open all the time. So far so good with that feature everything always ends up being really dry at the end.

I love this machine! Cleans the laundry really well and the drying feature will hopefully keep it smelling fresh. Live the color and the inside lights. Very quiet. Wish the alarm was louder when kids is done but not a big deal.

We've run several loads and I'm very impressed by the wide range of options yet the absolute simplicity of use. The menus are large and obvious; changing or customizing settings is very easy. And while it's minor, yes, it's nice to see a color other than white, beige, or black for a washer! The little pop of metallic blue just makes me happier to do laundry.
