Here we are May of 2025 and I'm having what appear to be control board issues. The door wont open at times (not drain related) and currently the unit wont start a new load, it just cuts off.. Tech will be out in a few days so I will have an update but i have to say I'm quite disappointed that I'm having issues so soon, The 10 year warranty plastered on the front applies to the motor only...

GE being 8 of them and they still cant figure it out. They changed the pump twice, the board and the moror. Just had to buy a whole new set because i want them to match.

Until now, no problems at all. It’s runs quiet than our previous washer. After the last load of the day, press the vent cycle, pull the dispenser out to dry, and when the vent cycle is done open the washer door to air dry. Also, drain out the lint catch at the bottom corner. Have a baking sheet of some sort and paper towels to catch the water, when unscrewing the lint catch.
