We love this washer but it is incredibly loud compared to our old Kenmore. However, it is much more effective at stain removal and our clothes come out smelling much fresher

Purchased the matching set. Beautiful and easy to use.

Works better then expected. Drying time cut in half. The ultra Fresh vent system dry's up water in the door gasket everytime. Spin speed is very quit. Great washer and GE is one of the only manufactures that still has factory service.

I love this washer , works great and I love that I don't have to add laundry soap with every load, it uses very little soap as well so it is saving money on the tide pods . I love the vent feature as well.

Nice washer, but working with Best Buy has been a nightmare. Much rather deal with Lowes or Home Depot next time - Only a 15 day return window for major appliances, but the washer kept tripping the GFCI outlet. Turns out there is a kit GE has to install - which they couldn't even do until 2 months after the purchase. If the GE kit didn't solve the issue, then you'd essentially be stuck with a lemon since Best Buy's return period ends. And then stuck with a non-matching dryer if you decide to go with another brand.

If you are considering a front loading washer- spend the same money on whirlpool duet. I read all the reviews on this machine. How much different can this washer be compared all the others? It's so high efficiency it barely uses any water...read, it barely gets the clothes clean. I've learned now from countless YouTube videos how to manipulate the wash cycle in order to get somewhat clean clothes. I've literally tried most high efficiency laundry detergents, vinegar, baking soda, and the list goes on to keep my clothes from smelling. This has been this way since day one and when I called GE as well as Best Buy, I got the "call the manufacturer or call where you made the purchase to see if you can work something out". I've emailed and received no response. So this is my attempt to warn buyers that expect clean clothes, buy another brand. I've never had this much trouble with my Whirlpool Duet and never should have sold them when we moved. I bought the additional service package which only serves as a means to assure the product is "working properly".

Best washer I have owned and has a lot of features!

My favorite two parts about this washer are being able to keep the door closed while not being used and having a 50-ounce storage capacity for liquid detergent. We use Persil instead of Tide for about the same cost, and everything comes out cleaner and smelling fresher without having to put "extras" in it for freshness.

So far it is a nice washer. My wife love the fact that there no need to clean the moldy inner door from my previous Samsun. It was only 3 years old and was replace by this GE

Large capacity. Love the detergent sensor. Less pet hair in my laundry

GE is a good brand and nowadays is probably the only few that is mainly made with made-in-USA parts. Almost 80% of the parts are made here, so the quality is there, plus the service is also pretty good. I have a newer GE refrigerator and no issues, but a 1-year-old Whirlpool was repaied 3 times.

This is a great washer. It looks really nice and is easy to use.

Works well. Still noisy at times but cannot complain with overall quality and function.

I installed this with a line laser. These are stacked and are absolutely perfectly level and this shakes a lot and makes a ton of noise. Very disappointed atter spending so much money.
